Stopped here as we were passing through town and we were extremely disappointed. We ordered 2 bone-in wing combos and it took at least 20 min for the order plus it was bad! It's gotta be hard to mess up wings but the oil dripping off mine with lemon pepper rub was disgusting and so salty. My husband order 2 different sauces and they combined them- um, duh. The fries were over salted, not hot, and they charge you an extra 60 cents for a tiny cup of ranch. We waited for 20+ min and nothing came out hot. They had an iced tea machine with no pot to brew. The staff seemed overworked as we didn't even get a receipt and then the guy up front asked us for our number. The overall place to sit in to eat was ok but it had had orchids on every table, yet they could not do basic food service. What a bad choice on our part to try a new place for wings. The food was good but the restaurant was dirty and customers dining in had no bathroom to use! The employee said only employees may use the bathroom! He couldn't give a reason why! I will not be visiting this particular location again in Amherst/Lorain. read more

This location is the worst! Bad manager, bad owner! They do not even let their own customers use their restrooms. So people pay money to go in and eat and they won't even let us wash our hands! I am extremely disappointed with this business because I ordered a sandwich fries and a drink and it was $24 on GrubHub. It took an hour to get it, which was fine but when I looked at the bag, there was no sandwich and no drink all I had were the fries which were bone cold when they got to my house, and basically it was $24 fries and no recompense whatsoever. I really wanted to like this place as it's close to where we are renting. The interior is bright and cheery and the staff was friendly. The menu is varied and it's nice they offer different size cheesesteaks. I opted for a small chicken cheesesteak. It comes with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms and provolone cheese. The staff member asked me if I wanted the lettuce, pickles and Mayo. That's not on a cheesesteak!!!! No thank you. We got our order to go and it was still warm after our 5 minute drive. My problem was that the sandwich was dry. The bun was nicely toasted and although it could have used a little more substance, it was just dry and tasteless. So bummed. Shortly after the route 58 location opened i called to order a cheesesteak and was told i HAD to order with the ap. I was told i could not order by phone or through the drive-through. This new location is clean and the staff is friendly. They are still learning, so give them some slack. What stands out fir this location is that it also has a drive thru, however the one star reduction is because the lot is WAY too small to handle the drive thru traffic and dine in parking. Turning left out of the lot on to Route 58 is scary LOL. That being said, the food was 5/5 and the staff was awesome!! I'll be back. read more

I hadn't ever been there before so when my husband asked me to pick him up a submarine sandwich there, he told me to choose whatever I wanted to get him so naturally I needed to study the options that were available. The guy talking orders rushed me and wouldn't let me take a couple of minutes to choose So I really ju picked one for my husband and I didn't choose because i needed to pick something I liked. When I went to the window to pay, he said, " you orderEd the steak sandwich and it might be a minute before it's done. I told him that I ordered a pepperoni sub with everything and he evidently had to error out the complete order because he wasn't paying attention. In line waiting to order and the cashier greats the person in front of me and when I get to the line to order he says nothing so I place my order and then the people behind me step up to place a order and he greats them and give them a coupon . Half of my order was forgotten when I went through the drive through. I got home, realized the mistake, and drove back to the store to request my additional food and for the old food to me remade (since it would be cold before I got to enjoy). I was very polite. The lady at the window remembered me and knew my food was forgotten. They said they couldn't remake my food that they gave me - they could only give me the food I was missing. When I explained the reasoning for my request they said okay and asked for the old food back. I requested that I keep it until my old food was remade so they wouldn't just warm it up and change the box. I had multiple eye rolls by the manager and the window slammed in my face (multiple times). I am not sure what I did as a customer to deserve such poor service when I was polite the entire time.
