My wife had placed an order online for me to pick up while i was on my way home. when i got to the window the man asked for my four digit code, which i gave him, than when i got to the window the manager told me that because her phone was the device that ordered and she wasn't with me that they never got my order. I told the man that we order like this all the time, where she orders and I pick up, with no problem all the time, why is now different. he would not give me an answer and just insisted that there was nothing they could do. after a few minutes of back and forth with this man i said "f*ck it just give me the corporate number". at which point he throws a coffee cup in my car and says "the numbers on that". later when my wife returns to the store to try and figure out where the food or her money went the man got combative and called her a "Fat B*tch" and a "n*gger" and started recording her. Had an excellent time! My favorite part was when I used the bathroom and discovered that they don't use soap! Not a dispenser in sight Also experienced TWO McDonald workers walk out of the bathroom completely unfazed about the fact that they couldn't wash their hands. Tired of covid problems, slow service, dinning room closed 5pm on a Sunday. There is a people problem,RESPECT,is nonexistent in fast food.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. over the last 3 years since we moved here we have repeatedly gotten wrong orders, had waits as long as 45 minutes in the drive thru, long waits for pickup inside and it can be very to get someone's attention at the counter. I understand sometimes things back up but when you' move been in line for over a half hour then get to the window and see multiple employees standing around or talking it is hard not to get heated. multiple times we have placed mobile orders only to get there and they cannot pull up the order and have to re-enter it. It is not clean, floor is sticky, pop station is usually a mess. We've driven to Lorain or even Oberlin to avoid this location, but living around the corner that is rarely practical. we have an autistic son and McDonald's is one of the few things he will eat. we keep hoping this location will improve, we have seen some things get better but still a long way to go. read more

Then I ask for a milkshake and that equipment is broken! I emailed corporate, I received an "I'm sorry" email from them and the manager of the Amherst location. The manager said he tried to call me...nope...you did not! Get your equipment fixed! Nothing like waiting in line for 10-15 minutes and not able to get what you want!
