The reason I gave them a few stars was that our waitress treated everything professionally. She is the face that we see. We don't see the people actually cooking. I know that she relayed the order as given. She was so apologetic and just took the brunt of the blame. I didn't and don't blame her. She received her tip, but not the extra I usually give. Lately I feel that the restaurants are trying to survive possibly with lack of employees (not sure this is the case for them). It was a Sunday, who knows.
