Because everything was tightly packed into a single bag, I was unable to verify the order before leaving. When we got home, I discovered that we had only received three sandwiches and three fries, leaving us short one $5.25 sandwich and without enough food for everyone. I called the restaurant immediately at 636-329-4071 and left a polite, concise voicemail with my contact information and details about the issue. Unfortunately, I never received a callback or any acknowledgment of the problem, which was even more disappointing than the original mistake. I understand that order errors happen, and I believe this was likely an honest mistake. However, ignoring a customer's attempt to resolve the issue afterward reflects very poorly on the restaurant's customer service. If a business provides a phone number and voicemail system, customers should reasonably expect those messages to be checked and addressed. Sadly, this experience left me very disappointed, and my family and I will not be returning.
