My first experience at this place! I never knew this existed until today; I was so glad I tried it out. It was perfect for a lunch date with myself. My go to place for when I want a sit down meal but don't have a lot of time. I always get the Sassy Scotty because even though I thought I didn't like chicken salad, this stuff is really good. He asked if we'd be dining in or carrying out and then informed us they closed in less than 15 minutes. We said dine in since we weren't close to home. For starters, this restaurant chain has a stellar PR team! I found out about the opening day celebration and first week of events on local TV, as well as on Facebook. Their imaging, social media logos, and use of several means to spread the word launched them strong into this market. I was delighted to meet the founder and owner at their kick-off ceremony. She was down-to-earth, personable, and obviously driven. (Thank you for the samples and the year's-worth of promised chicken salad for being one of your first customers!) She called St. Louis "The North", which I loved. I do hope that this market works well for you all! The food has been fresh and delicious the two times I've visited.
