It was a very good hot dog and a fun place...but the girl at the counter was pretty rude.

Our server was awesome, the meals were great, I'll start with the server, he brought us a couple of drinks and left us to look over the menu. I filled my glass with a bottle of beer and noticed the glass was chipped along the rim. The place was hopping so I didn't get to catch him until he took our food order. I showed him the glass and he apologized and said he'd be back after putting in the order. In just a couple minutes he returned with a new glass, new bottle of beer and another apology. I've had similar issues at other facilities but he handled it better, and more professionally than any of them. I did think the manager could have stopped by, not looking for a free drink just to say we're sorry... my date and I both had their version of the choose two section. She had loaded baked potato and said it was great, and she got the chicken breast sandwich which she said was very good. To drink she had a margarita, no salt, and said it was good. I had the wedge salad and it was so large I couldn't even try my sandwich. I did eat it at home and the salmon blt was very good. I recommend this place and while we lucked out hitting a busy place on a Friday night without reservations, my date beat me there and got seated when a table opened up. The host took me to the table the moment I said I was meeting a lady there. Parking can be tuff, my date parked several rows away from the entry and if it had been raining that would have been a pain. I believe the location is the old Wild Horse Creek Pub on Long road. I dressed in casual jeans and a dress shirt and I hit between the families with kids and older couples out for a dressed up dinner. It is fairly noisy if you're looking to have a quiet conversation.

Firefly was a fairly decent place, easy location to find in Chesterfield with plenty of parking…read moreavailable. The restaurant is a bit loud, but we didn't mind it, it was a busy Saturday night. Bar service was great, table service was lacking. We started with a few drinks (margaritas) and they were quite good. For an app, we got the wings with firefly sauce, the sauce was really good and the wings were cooked perfect. For dinner, we had the filet mignon with potatoes and green beans as well as the creamy Cajun pasta. The filet was overcooked, but had really good flavor, the green beans with bacon were lackluster. The Cajun pasta was quite tasty, but it really lacked protein (only a few slices of a sausage and a few shrimp). We had the salted caramel bread pudding for dessert, it was good, but I probably wouldn't get it again. Overall, the experience was okay, food was good enough. Worth a try if you're in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

I love Texan BBQ since i grew up there and visit often so I'm glad I have a place to go for it at…read moreO'B Que's. I ordered a 2-meat platter with burnt ends that were phenomenal and the smoked habanero turkey that was moist and delicious and the spicy BBQ sauce adding a nice little zing. I was a little disappointed that the place didn't offer cornbread or Texas toast with the platter and I didn't think to ask until after I got my food. Sides were good and I thought the baked beans were very good but the Mac n Cheese was a little too cheese-whizzy for me and wasn't too crazy about it but will get potato salad next time. Also I'll try their brisket on the next visit l since that's my measure of truly great Texas style BBQ. It's kind of an odd setup for a restaurant since it's inside a service station but it's a really nice service station and the restaurants decor is pretty nice. I'd give it 4.5 stars if they allowed it, but will go with 5 stars for now.

The baked beans were yummy, the coleslaw was average, and the potato salad was yummy but not memorable. The downside was the staff. While I waited, they were eating and not very business place. I also tried the drive thru, but waited for about 10 minutes with no response, so I went inside. Great food, but the overall experience definitely could use some improvement.

This past week was a first time experience with Potbelly and they restored my faith in humanity…read more The staff was amazing! The compassion they showed when they found out that I had a family member in the hospital, was beyond my imagination. The sandwiches were amazing, fresh and tasted amazing. Thank you to the staff who waited on me, you really put a smile on my face during a very tough day.

This review is based on 2 orders of food from Potbelly. The first one was a carry-out order. We…read morewere missing a soda from the order, but fortunately, we checked before we left the restaurant and they provided the missing beverage. My wife ordered the Skinny Turkey Combo, and I ordered the Cubano. They were just "ok," nothing special. I placed the 2nd order for delivery through their Potbelly app. My wife ordered another Skinny Turkey sandwich, I ordered the Prime Rib Steak Sandwich, and chips and a chocolate shake. My sandwich had several pieces of gristle in it, and honestly, the Philly Cheese Steak at the Sweet Shop is much much better. My chips were there, but the chocolate shake was missing. I sent messages through the app, and got no response and the next day I called the restaurant. Here is why I only give them one star. All restaurants make mistakes. It's how they respond once you report the mistake. How they respond afterwards is what my evaluation is based on. In this case the male manager I spoke with was clearly annoyed with my call, He barked at me, "What do you want to do? Do you want to come over here and get the shake or a refund?" No apology, just an angry response. I opted for the refund since it's a 20 minute drive one way from our house to the restaurant. I checked my credit card account for two days and the "refund" never appeared. I'm not going to call them again, I'm simply never going to eat food from Potbelly ever again. UPDATE: After posting this review later in the day I heard from the general manager, with an apology, and they refunded me my entire meal, not just the missing item. I upped my evaluation from 1 star to 4 as a result.
