I've had similar issues at other facilities but he handled it better, and more professionally than any of them. I did think the manager could have stopped by, not looking for a free drink just to say we're sorry... my date and I both had their version of the choose two section. She had loaded baked potato and said it was great, and she got the chicken breast sandwich which she said was very good. To drink she had a margarita, no salt, and said it was good. I had the wedge salad and it was so large I couldn't even try my sandwich. I did eat it at home and the salmon blt was very good. I recommend this place and while we lucked out hitting a busy place on a Friday night without reservations, my date beat me there and got seated when a table opened up. The host took me to the table the moment I said I was meeting a lady there. Parking can be tuff, my date parked several rows away from the entry and if it had been raining that would have been a pain. I believe the location is the old Wild Horse Creek Pub on Long road. I dressed in casual jeans and a dress shirt and I hit between the families with kids and older couples out for a dressed up dinner. It is fairly noisy if you're looking to have a quiet conversation.

The Cajun pasta was quite tasty, but it really lacked protein (only a few slices of a sausage and a few shrimp). We had the salted caramel bread pudding for dessert, it was good, but I probably wouldn't get it again. Overall, the experience was okay, food was good enough. My sandwich had several pieces of gristle in it, and honestly, the Philly Cheese Steak at the Sweet Shop is much much better. My chips were there, but the chocolate shake was missing. I sent messages through the app, and got no response and the next day I called the restaurant. Here is why I only give them one star. All restaurants make mistakes. It's how they respond once you report the mistake. How they respond afterwards is what my evaluation is based on. In this case the male manager I spoke with was clearly annoyed with my call, He barked at me, "What do you want to do? Do you want to come over here and get the shake or a refund?" No apology, just an angry response. I opted for the refund since it's a 20 minute drive one way from our house to the restaurant. I checked my credit card account for two days and the "refund" never appeared. I'm not going to call them again, I'm simply never going to eat food from Potbelly ever again. UPDATE: After posting this review later in the day I heard from the general manager, with an apology, and they refunded me my entire meal, not just the missing item.
