It's been a minute since I've had five guys, especially since they removed the one close to me. Their burgers are the best but you'll pay a nice price for it. When we arrived, I noticed they have a combo meal for the little cheeseburger. It comes with a small fry and drink for $12.99, I believe. That's more than enough for me but my son and hubby gets the regular cheeseburger which comes with a double patty. Plenty of seating and we love snacking on the peanuts while we wait. My boys also ordered a milkshakes and enjoyed them. Fries were good and of course the burgers were delicious. Resturant was neat and clean, as it should be. Staff was nice, no complaints. Again, you'll pay resturant prices but their burgers are so good. read more

Changed things up and tried their hot dog for the first time today. Let me tell ya, it was REALLY good for a change of pace. You can customize it, to your liking and make it a combo. It is a little lighter than their burgers and tastes great! Their food comes out quick and the place was clean. Their Coke machine was awesome, where you can choose from like 100 different flavors. My hubby had a craving for a good burger. So, we stopped at the Five Guys conveniently located in Gravois Bluffs. Always quick friendly service. Free unlimited peanuts in the shell. Drink machine is the kind where you can choose amongst lots of options. Also, free refills. I am plant-based. So, I get the Veggie sandwich piled with grilled onions, green peppers, mushrooms, lettuce and tomato. Husbands burger was a double patty. Fry portions are house made and huge portions. A couple of patio tables for when the weather is nice. Always good for a fast food place. read more

I order a simple burger , fry and soda its 15.00 . I thought it was a little expensive for what you get . The music was loud when asked if they could turn it down the manager said ok , I ate my whole meal then whet to ask if they were going to turn it down just to have the black girl come off the grill and raise her voice at me and say we can't turn it down . I told her the manager said she would, and didnt . The manager came out and tried to give me a 15 dollar give card , I told her no im not trying to get any thing for free , the service was not good , employees were rude for a first time customer food was just OK and over priced for what you get . Small shop. Food was typical 5 Guys -- fast food cooked as ordered. Only 2 stars though because of cleanliness. Tables needed cleaned. Floors needed swept. Bathrooms needed attention. Drink station needed cleaned. Ordering counter needed wiped. I'd rather eat at a cleaner spot TBH. If it's that messy out front with customers, I can imagine the mess behind the counter where they are cooking...and it's not a pleasant thought. read more

Flat out not a good experience. I had never been to this fairly new location of Five Guys. When I walked in the cashier was being nice and greeting me but I couldn't hear a word she said because every other employee behind her was talking very loudly and laughing and there was an echo inside. I should have left then. I ordered a Little Cheeseburger with pickle and grilled onions and a small order of fries. It's about $12 for this and I think I had water to drink. After about 10 minutes the food was ready and I got my ketchup etc. It was horrible. None of the food had any flavor. I don't think the French fries even had a shake of salt. The only thing I really tasted was the ketchup I put on myself. I ate about half and tossed the rest in the trash on my way out. The table next to me was dirty the entire 30 minutes I was in there. Weird seeing negative reviews for this burger franchise location. We've gone here at least twice a month over the past year and never had any negative issues. The cashiers have always been very helpful - I have a dietary restriction which requires special requests for both burgers and fries - and they are spot on, getting it right every time and verifying it for me when we pay and when we get our food. And the burgers are great, especially with all the options you can pile on, from lettuce and tomatoes to japalenos and grilled onions. Fries are killer - fresh, skin-on Idaho spuds, overflowing the container in the bag. Love the people, love the music in the store ... wish I could still enjoy the free peanuts, but that one's on me. If I occasionally might have to wipe a tabletop spot during busy lunch hour, that's ok too ... give 'em a break! They're clearly doing the best they can ... and its pretty damn great for me. I'd give the workers a 5 but the burgers a 2. First time here, $6 for a "little hamburger" that was about the size of a $2 jr cheeseburger at Sonic. Fries were good but with many better burger places (Freddy's, Culver's...) I won't be back. Burger was tasteless on top of all that. read more

OMG this place was filthy trash overflowing workers listening to pods in their ears way way way overpriced music blaring we had a little french fries with our SALT!!! You needed a magnifying glass to see the hamburger. Had to throw the bbq sauce away almost made me throw up. They asked for a tip while ordering and paying for the food up front and then did absolutely nothing but cook the food. Wouldn't even bring it to our table. It was for eat in and they dumped the hot oily fries upside down into our bag over the top of our hamburgers all our food was in a bag when we were eating there. No one else was in the place every table was very very dirty and littered with trash. We had to wipe our own table. I am 65 years old and it was the worst eating experience of my life!!! I would rather eat prison food then ever go back to this awful dirty overpriced under delivered excuse for a restaurant. read more

Went with teen son around 2 pm on a Sunday. Restaurant didn't seem too busy, but all the tables were dirty -- we had to get napkins and wipe down so we could have a relatively clean table. During our visit no staff ever came around to wipe tables; one lady came to move the trash can from the front (and pick up some trash off the floor on her way). Didn't watch where she took it it but there was only 1 trash can by soda machines after that. Staff behind counter were kept busy with a continuous influx of customers, both dine in and take out. Regarding our order, we got a Bacon cheeseburger and a little hamburger, with few (free) toppings on each, plus regular fries, regular soda. All were good, but not anything spectacular for their higher price paid. I guess the more toppings you get the more worth it those burgers would be. Fries were way too salty for me, but I've always been salt sensitive. Regular size fries were more than enough for both of us, because they don't just fill the regular size cup, they put extras in the paper bag. Wait time was similar to that at Culvers. If we're in this area and hungry, we may eat here again, but this wouldn't be our 1st choice. read more

Excellent experience! My husband and I ordered "All The Way" double bacon cheeseburger. You would be more than satisfied with a single patty! Nancy took our order and came around several times offering refills. She even stopped by to ask how our day was going. She gave us a sweet farewell as we departed ways from the establishment! Just spent 60.00 for three burgers and two shakes. Not a complicated order. Got home, only two burgers in bag. Called and the manager told me they knew there was only two in the bag and my fault as they tried to catch me before I left. Quite confusing . Told me my order was ready, picked it up, walked thru two sets of doors to my car and they couldn't catch me. Won't be back. read more

While the hamburger and hotdog were good the atmosphere was bad due the extremely loud music. When the music is so load you have to yell your order and can't have conversation at the table then the music is too load. Throne worked said they were having issues with the dial and corporate wants a certain setting. The Five Guys in Arnold is better at accommodating customer requests. read more
