The soda machine seemed to be off, and the Coke tasted very strange. The restaurant itself could have been cleaner, with crumbs and other debris in the booths. The food came in little baskets without silverware, which is understandable given the type of food, but every napkin dispenser we checked was empty, so there wasn't even a convenient way to wipe your hands. The bathrooms also had no soap or paper towels, which was especially disappointing. Overall, the food was edible and the employee was friendly, but the combination of the limited menu, cleanliness issues, empty napkin dispensers, and lack of bathroom supplies made this a pretty inconvenient and unpleasant experience. Hopefully some of these things were simply due to them being in the middle of a menu transition, but based on our visit, I wouldn't be in a hurry to return.

I hit the Popeye's for a chicken leg first, and was not expecting much but it was awesome, and I walked around for a while for business things and came back ready to order. I was ordering and requested to change the cheese on the regular cheesesteak to American. They told me they did not have American and only had it for "special promotions" or some such gobbledygook. I am not sure if this is a franchisor thing or a this particular franchise thing, but American cheese is a staple item for anyone selling a cheesesteak. I literally cancelled my order and walked.
