The other pair they decided to repair something i didnt want touched and was disgussed. They glued a new insole that didn't match and is for a closed shoe to the insole that is very visible. The leather is also now darker than it was and doesn't match the zipper fabric. I don't know why they touched the insole or colored the leather. Also, the prices are astronomical.

The insole could be replaced, but the straps were worn; and for what they cost and the years she wore them; she got her moneys worth.
