Charlie and his team of arborists exceeded our expectation of tree removal service. They adeptly limbed and cut 3 50-60ft. tall dead pine trees. We recently purchased a home with 20+ trees on the property one of which was alarmingly too close to the house and the foundation. Charlie came out promptly and gave us an assessment on all the trees we have. His final verdict was to remove the too close tree and 2 others. He also helped is come up with a plan for maintaining the other trees to extend their life and safety. His price was very reasonable and his work was top notch especially given the close quarters he had to work in. Zero damage to the house and the only evidence he was here was the missing trees. Charlie and his team did an outstanding job on removing two large Oak trees from my yard. They both had a significant amount of limbs hanging over my house. Both trees we close to the property line between two homes. I appreciate that Charlie and his team listened to my concerns about removing the trees. He also took care of "deading out" and removing specific limbs out of three other trees on my property. Had this company come out to give me an estimate to remove one tree and trim several others. Charlie gave me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for which he never showed up. After several follow up calls during which I was assured that the work will be done, to this day nobody ever showed up. Since the project needed to be done by a certain date due to a community planting project, I went with a different more reliable company. Do not recommend this company. Shortly after that, I received a call from Charlie who offered to come and give me an estimate the same day. The price was reasonable enough that I didn't bother to shop around. I read about Charlie on Yelp and called him after several tree men stood me up about a really nasty stump that took up a big piece of my townhouse yard. Charlie came out the next day and very carefully got rid of it. He also got rid of some ugly bushes for me.
