This was our second visit to Charlie's. The first time, the car was deemed a total loss so they did not actually repair the vehicle. This time, vehicle was repairable. It took several months to get in (but we knew other places in town also had similar wait times). But once we got closer to the appointment, we kept getting confirmation that we were on schedule. Our appointment ended up being done on a short week/4 day week but even so, everything was completed on time. Everyone who Works there was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The actual repair looks flawless! Car was returned clean inside and out! Hopefully we won't be in any more accidents any time Soon but if we are, Charlie's will be our first choice for Body Shop! read more

These guys knocked my socks off. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The first shops I called couldn't give me an estimate for 6 weeks or more! Charlie's was further down the list (probably because of the loction), but they got me in quick and gave me a very reasonable time frame. I was in no risk of having more time in my rental car than insurance would cover. They promised to get me a part to make my damaged car drivable, which was above and beyond what I expected. They followed up with me as promised and did what they said. The quality of the finished product is excellent. Panel gaps are perfect and you cannot tell the difference under the brightest light. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

The guys at Charlie's were amazing. They finished my car two days ahead of schedule and for $200 less than they estimated !!! How often does that happen?? Then today the owner saw me pulling in and noticed one light was out. He said he could replace the bulb in a couple of minutes without an appointment. Then, he didn't even charge me because he said there was a chance the light may have been weakened during the repair. I know for a fact it was working when I left because I tried it.
