I crunched the front of my truck. I called a few body shops for help. Everyone was nice and courteous but it wasn't until I spoke with Vince that I felt more confident of what to do. He is courteous and competent! He was so so helpful. I didn't know how to deal with insurance companies or what next steps to take. And just on the initial call, with no commitment from me or anything yet, Vince was super informative and helped me with the step by step of what to do after a wreck. Because of his help, I chose to bring my truck to him, and the super service kept going. They did a great job of keeping me in the loop on the status of my vehicle and working with insurance. Unfortunately my truck was so damaged it was deemed a total loss by insurance. Rework on My 2010 Rav-4. Was in a minor fender bender that effected my bumper. My self fix didn't last long, a couple of months later the bumper blow completely of the Car on I-90 west near Ellensburg.
