Ernie and Cathy are wonderful hosts and it's amazing they can run such a complex operation as a small family. We happened to pick the best weekend as there is a lot of snow and it was snowing during the lantern lit sleigh ride. The snow on the tall pines was beautiful and the sleigh ride was a very nice half hour through the woods. The history and stories would be loved by all who enjoy the Adirondacks.
