However, after I made my purchase, there was a lot of communication difficulty on their end in terms of how I could pay, what needed to be paid when, and when I was allowed to come in to try on the piece I paid a lot of money for. They only take important questions through text which is strange and don't answer emails or phone calls. They also tried to charge me two extra fees when they did not properly communicate with me, which I find very off-putting. Overall, I had a great appointment and ultimately found what I was looking for at Dressed In Love, but a less than satisfactory post-appointment payment experience.
