Again guided by Jimmy for cloth, design (jacket with robe tie closing) and pocket design a great smoking jacket was created. I didn't mention 3 three custom embroidered "sayings" you can choose for each jacket. One above each inside pocket and one "secret" location (ask Jimmy). One of my sayings..."It is what it is". Finally, new to Sagets, is their custom shoe line driven by their website. For me a black leather croc design with a ribbed sole and grey shoelaces for a high end casual shoe. None of the typical bike shop attitude…read more I found them through a search on the Giant website because my tri bike was in need of a tuneup before an upcoming race. When I called to make sure they could fit me in, Rob, the GM, was very friendly and encouraged me to bring my bike in whenever it was convenient. When I arrived, both Rob and Kyleem (sp?) were courteous and welcoming. Rob gave my bike a once over so we would have an idea of what all would be required in the tuneup-and he didn't do it in the typical I'll-talk-down-to-you-because-you're-a-woman way most bike shops do. Kyleem chatted with me about bikes and gave me a lot of good info about the differences between two group sets on a new Giant I'm thinking about buying. They promised my bike would be ready the next day and sure enough, I got an email the next afternoon that it was ready to pick up. I got the same friendly service when I picked up my bike, and the cost for tuneup and hub repair was super reasonable. If you need service or maybe a new bike, definitely give this shop a try. I come in a day later and was handed a bill for over $120. Mr. Alan took the liberty of truing the spokes on spare part wheels(I spent $10 on them) and made a few adjustments. He did a complete tune up on my bike without my permission and had the nerve to try and charge me for it. I had given Mr. Alan clear instructions when I dropped the bike off, to replace the tires. He said he would look the bike over to see if there was anything else it may need. I stated he was to call me if any other work needs to be done before doing it. This was my first time dealing with this bike shop. He tried to feed me some line on how his customers trust his judgment on doing work without their go ahead. Mr. Allen got very snippy with me when he had to adjust the price for what he did to my bike without my permission. He grabbed my debit card out of my hand. He then hurredly rushed my bike out of the door. Against my better judgment I gave Mr. Allen a call yesterday for a quote on a noeseless bike seat. Mr. Allen stated he does not carry that item, but argued with me on the phone for ten minutes trying to pursued me to come into his shop. I informed him I was looking for a specific kind of seat for health reasons. He continued to argue that I should come in even though he does not have the item I am looking for. This shop has HORRIBLE customer service. I don't know what I was thinking when I called him after the first debacle at the shop.
