I was apprehensive to try sugaring, but vey curious!! I trusted Kristen after meeting her with paper dolls hair and makeup wedding (she is an amazing stylist) for my first sugaring experience - the under arms!! Kristen says it's probably the most painful place to sugar, so i'll just dive right in to the deep. I've been waxing my under arms for a while anyway but the last couple times my hair just didn't come out with the wax (I learned this can happen when you drink too much coffee before waxing, it constricts your vessels and i guess, leads to superman strong hair roots!). I went in (2 days no coffee) and went out with baby smooth under arms. The wax is massaged in but surprisingly, that part is not painful. The ripping hair is ripping of hair (so it hurts). If this is the least painful, i can't wait to try my legs. I definitely recommend sugar waxing with Kristen, especially if you have experienced your hair breaking or resisting regular wax. read more

I am super minimalist about my makeup. I want it to be as close to organic as possible, with a natural enough look that nobody knows it's there, and takes 5 minutes or less to apply.
