Coach Sherri utilizes different techniques to engage my child and we have switched his lessons a few times for him to have that consistency. Aqua tots is lucky to have her, and my son absolutely loves her. He talks about her even when he is not at his swim lesson. You can trust that your child is safe with her, and that they will learn proper technique. I highly recommend Coach Sherri and she is the reason we continue to come here.

I accidentally scheduled two makeup lessons on back-to-back days through the app and contacted them immediately to correct the mistake. Despite reaching out right away, I was told I would lose the lesson entirely if I canceled. At nearly $40 per class, I simply wanted to move it to another day--not get a refund. Policies are important, but so is common sense and reasonable customer service. Unfortunately, neither was shown in this situation.

Instructors had their hands on my children so much during the lessons -picking up a child under…read morearmpits to move them from one foot to the other in the water when they could already swim, helping with form more than necessary, and just generally touchy enough that my young children felt uncomfortable in the water. I did address this with staff and when instructors would switch, it would happen again even more so than before. Very young children need this guiding but older elementary school kids self conscious of their bodies don't want hands on them the whole lesson-especially by a young male. I also felt they really didn't progress to the level they needed in a timely manner. I found the staff extremely defensive of feedback from parents. I don't care that you believe in your program. If a child is uncomfortable that speaks volumes.

He grabbed young men by the arms.  Stuck his noses on people's cups and told grown people we couldn't stand outside and talk,  that outside was only for smoking.  We have events at venues often and have never been treated with that level of disrespect.  The bathrooms had no tissue and the kitchen no hand soap.  He wouldn't even allow the front door to be unlocked until right at the event start time. Causing the DJ to have to bring amps and equipment thru the kitchen. Overpriced,  underwhelmed by the atmosphere and offended by the management.  Never again,  please don't patronize this establishment.

The only things keeping us from giving a 5-star review are mostly outside of the control of management: 1. Workers seem to be calling out sick last minute. So, then as parents we get our classes cancelled very last minute. This is very difficult for parents wrangling young children and trying to balance schedules. 2. When a class is cancelled (either due to a holiday, lack of teacher availability, or when we go on vacation), a "makeup" class is issued to the account of the student. Theoretically, this would be great. However, it is hard to actually use these makeup classes because they can only be scheduled 7 days or fewer in advance. As a result, most accounts (including ours) have dozens of accumulated makeup classes which amounts to many hundreds of dollars in monthly payments. Ideally, we'd be able to cancel our regular membership and replace that class booking for the next few months by using our makeup classes. However, we cannot reserve a regular spot in classes using makeups. We instead have to wait and book them 7 days or less out every single week. This is a lot of extra logistical headache for a parent. I'd rather just be refunded for the classes or be able to use them to reserve weeks at a time. But, like I said, the most important thing is that the teachers really do clearly care about the kids and their jobs. If I could change one big thing, it would be to move the "treasure box" of lollipops they keep right in the reach of the kids at the front desk. Every time we go, I have to battle my kid to either not take a lollipop, or to get it out of their hands when it's time to go into the pool. They really should have that behind the desk so that parents can have control over whether or not their kids have access to the candy.

The one star is for the unaccommodating registration plan- do not sign up unless you are sure your child will keep at it. After just two attempts I cancelled and was still charged for two months and the registration fee- $250. I understand the need for a cancellation Policy but for little kids and if you're unsure- be warned!
