This is hands down my favourite stag shop that I've been to. I will travel to St Catharines to go…read moreto this one rather than go to the ones closer to home. They are awesome. The staff is always friendly, patient, and willing to help. They have a huge selection of costumes and whatever else you're looking for... lol. Plus it's an outlet so you'll find some awesome sales. Some things are full price but a lot of stuff is discounted and the quality is the same! They offer a 20% discount on regularly priced items with a student i.d. which is practically unheard of! Last year they had a costume blowout, $5 for men's and women's (some were discontinued, some had a button that fell off or the smallest speck of lipstick on them). This year they had really nice ones on sale, $15-30 and then the regularly priced ones ($50-70). It's quite big too, I always find what I'm looking for. I love this store and my boyfriend does too!

Today I took the bra into the store, prepared to show my bloody marks, but there was no interest in seeing what I suffered. What was of interest: "Have you been here before? What is your name: you purchased in May; Chantelle has been in business for 150 years, I have worked 18 years in lingerie; don't get complaints, this is a personal problem. I recall you spend a fair amount with Chantelle. There is nothing we can do." From the getgo, I mentioned I am not looking for a refund - all I wanted was advice, could the silicon perhaps be disinnegrating , could the company change the elastic strapping that is covered with silicon? Instead of throwing this bra out after wearing for only a few hours, you can imagine how I feel about the received "customer service" which I wish to share. I was able to locate the e-mail address of Chantelle's Customer Services whom I wish to inform about the situation and will send them a picture of my wounds, caused by the silicon straps. La Vie En rose at the NOTL outlet mall is a 2 thumbs down! Terrible customer service. I went to…read moresimply exchange a bikini top which I purchased the day earlier because it had a thread pulled on it. All I wanted to do was exchange it for exactly the same one, same size, etc. The sales associate said she couldn't exchange it for me today because their computers had crashed and the exchange had to be done through the computer. I noted that the damaged bikini top was just going to go in the 'damaged' pile anyway so why does it matter whether it has to go through the computer, etc. She went on to say that the computer might not be up and running for a few days so I could come back at a later date. I even offered to leave her my original receipt so she could take care of it when the computer was back up and running. Nope, sorry, can't do that. Uggghhh. Went straight to the Pen Centre store and got the exchange done, NO PROBLEM! She just did a straight exchange. NO COMPUTER TRANSACTION REQUIRED. When I told her my experience at the outlet mall she was astonished to hear that they said they couldn't do the exchange for me. Needless to say I will NOT be returning to the outlet La Vie store again!

He connects with lines that are not even in the store sometimes to come up with solutions. Really the best service I've come across in clothing. He will stop you from buying something if he feels there is a better option for me. Those other options have always been bang on. His alterations are done in house. Both father and son are total gentlemen. I've referred many friends and co workers and every one of them has come back shaking their head with a smile. Great selection of casual and dress items. Great prices to go along with fantastic service. Dave is my go to guy.
