I'm still mad at myself for not picking up the Optical Calcite they have for 4"x2.5"x1" for $4 ($20 most places) They have some very unique crystals I've never heard of, so that was interesting and their jewelry is at a very good price. The two woman I met working at the store were extremely friendly and pretty knowledgable. Which is a big deal when it comes to crystals, you don't want someone giving you the wrong information just to make some money.

After checking out a few reputable jewelers, I decided Lessard Coutu would be the ones to replace the diamond and repair the ring. Marianne took her time going through all the options and explained why the ring had been faulty and what needed to be done in order for the ring to be worn with confidence. She, Moe and all their staff were a delight to work with. They are patient, knowledgeable and skilled artisans. I've already taken some other pieces to them for repair and will most definitely go to them for all my future jewellery purchases. They have such a great eye for design, that I'm seriously considering taking some older pieces to them to be remade into something more contemporary that my grandkids would love to wear. Wow what a difference when I took possession of my watch, it keeps almost perfect time now almost as good as a Rolex, about 8 seconds a day or 1 minute a week. Incredible watchmaker skills. I will be buying my next watch here as they have some very nice Victorinox pieces. Very nice owner-Watchmaker who listens and treats you with respect and takes an interest. which is lacking in many retail shops.

The colour of the gold is different, the style of the ring is different, and the groove in the ring where my great grandmother's wedding band sat is now no longer there! I was forced to pay $197.75 to get the ring back....and now it is at a goldsmith's in Burlington being restored to it's original design! The jeweller at Harmony House said it is 'perfect'. He is presently ignoring the problem and igorned my request to be reimbursed. I have now filed a complaint with the BBB.

We went back 3 days ago so that they could size it to my finger, which was a very pleasant experience. Victoria was very kind and helpful (and my baby *loved* her). I asked them about price/timeline for eventually resizing my inherited set, and that's what made my experience yelp-worthy. Jeremy came over and fully explained what he would do to resize, and ultimately restructure, my set. He was very considerate of my wedding stress and reassured me that he would get them to us by Wednesday at the latest. I had no intention of leaving my very meaningful wedding set there when I walked in that day, but I am *so* glad I did! I loved this set very much from the beginning. But the way Jeremy redesigned it to my finger when he resized it, and restored it to its original beauty by fixing prongs etc (things I would not have thought of), is CRAZY. He made it *my* ring while also honoring my grandmother's original set. I am so obsessed with this set, and I am so grateful that I trusted them with it! They gave me a very very good price, and got it to me by Tuesday. This has been such a positive experience, I can't say enough good things!
