When I entered in I was immediately greeted by the staff. They asked if I was looking for anything in particular and when I looked around I said everything. Lol! If you hobbies in needlepointing, cross stitching, knitting, journaling, etc, this is the place for you. I left with some washi tapes, pens, needle minders, and more pens. Lol. I contact them the week I was supposed to pick it up and they said it would be another 3wks! Firstly, if they were going to be late on the delivery, shouldn't they be the one to contact and inform me? Secondly, they new my event was that week, so again, if you are unable to meet your timelines, you should be contacting me ahead of time with options or at least allow me time to figure something else out. I was stressed, but did not become angry until talking to them. They were rude and tried to withhold my money. I had already paid upfront for everything yet they had the audacity to say they wouldn't refund me until the dress arrived. Make that make sense?! A dress. That would be arriving weeks later, that I cannot use is what's holding up my refund? I drove over there and collected my money immediately. I will not be returning or referring them to others.
