I have been looking for a new high end sewing machine to replace an uber cheap model that has been well loved. A friend told me to consider a Pfaff and Wilson's was the closest Pfaff dealer. I went there on a Saturday afternoon and was warmly greeted upon arrival. This is a family owned and run establishment and the care they take clearly shows. I knew I needed a machine that I could grow into as I continue to expand my fiber work skills. One of the sales ladies patiently spent plenty of time to go through all the questions I had. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, which is a major plus. Another great selling point is machine service. They have a dedicated service staff on-site and stock most parts for the machines they carry. I have been told nothing but great things about their service and that the staff wants to make sure you are happy with the purchase and that the machine you buy continues to work well. I finally bought my machine and am looking forward to working with them to keep my new baby in great shape for years. There is a nice fabric selection that is not completely overwhelming. They cater to quilters and embroiderers. They are closed on Sundays and Wednesdays, which sometimes can be awkward, but just takes a little more planning on my end.

Cheerful, patient, and kind teaching and suggestions. They all listen carefully to me and help me. What nice people! You won't go wrong buying a machine from them. They do back up their sales with education and repairs, no hassles. The store itself is lovely and refreshing. Quilts cover the walls, fabric displayed beautifully, notions, threads, patterns.
