My appt was schedule for Friday mid-morning and upon arrival there were 2 people at the front desk. I was greeted and checked in, then was told there was a switch with the person I would be scheduled with. I ended up being serviced by Bryce and she was amazing! I had multiple questions and she was very knowledgeable. I will say that there isn't much explaining of the pricing so once back I did have to go back to the front because I signed up for the first timer special, but then once back found out what I wanted would be an additional price. I also wasn't informed that Bryce was a master tech and there's no way of knowing with the drop down on the website. Master tech's are an additional fee so I would definitely review pricing first and confirm tech beforehand. They did tell me they would waive the additional fee since I would think because 1. I didn't choose the person, and again there's no way of knowing from the drop-down on the site who's a master or not. I did go ahead and sign up for the monthly service and enjoyed Bryce so much that I will pay the extra $10 to continue seeing her.
