This is the first written notice we have received. We got a text in December of 2025. You are doing faulty practices for something that supposedly occurred 4 years ago. We have asked for all the clinical records from 2022, the x rays the diagnosis was based on, procedure codes, appeal history with the insurance carrier, and date first billed and any rebilling dates. We also asked not to be referred to collections based on this matter STILL PENDING! I cannot express what a headache and terrible customer service this place is. STEER CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE!!!! You will be very disappointed!
