It has a very fresh vibe. I bring my clients with disabilities in here and they are not an easy job. These guys prioritize their comfort exceedingly well and are very patient. The service here is fantastic. I had the $35 pedicure (the 3rd level up, I forgot what it is called), and I feel thoroughly pampered. I would not recommend going here for a pedicure unless you are getting gel nails (usually turn out fine with minor flaws) but I opted for regular polish this time and it was like no one had taught this person how to paint nails. three coats of thick, uneven paint gooped onto my toes. there was maybe three minutes of dry time before she put the too coat on, creating an even more messy look. she then shooed me out of the chair without any dry time, and before I'd even left the store the nails looked like crap. Aside from the absolute garbage paint job, the leg massages feel like someone sanding your leg up and down non-stop- there's no actual massage technique. if it weren't for the massage chair i wouldn't consider it "massage included". I am now on my way to buy my own nail polish after spending $50 on an absolute TRASH pedicure. 0/10 won't go back. I wish I could put pictures in this review.
