My first, and only, volunteer project I've done with Little City is working their annual used book sale that takes place at Old Orchard (aka - Westfield) outdoor mall each year. It was a great experience. Kathleen, the volunteer coordinator, was very nice and helpful. Everyone else I met that weekend from Little City were great as well. I am looking forward to next year's event - and working with Little City throughout the year as well.
