We then had over an hour to explore and search for shells. They provided us with masks and snorkels and free water bottles which was much appreciated for as hot as it was. I specifically spoke to multiple people already with the county to confirm that no permit was needed and I was informed that it was a public beach access. Instead of this owner being gracious and polite to tourist he proceeded to yell at me asking me where my permit was and as I explained that I already asked that question and was told it was not necessary he just immediately start saying "bye, get out of here, turn around, bye". Oh and by the way I am a disabled veteran and this was all done on Fourth of July. Oh and by the way this was all done in front of my family and two little kids. I hope this review brings some insight that maybe not everybody is aware of the local rules and policies and to be a little more gracious as human beings. Not a good look when representing a company.

Sail Destin provided a private voyage at the best price. Sight unseen- I booked reservation. Chandler is a one man shop, so we did play phone tag a bit. He and his first mate were very professional and courteous. The sunset cruise met and exceeded my expectations. I have been on several sail cruises from St. Maarten, Hawaii and St. Thomas and this rates as one of the best.
