The check in kiosk at the door is easy to use and fairly obvious (not to everyone though, I didn't realize it on my first visit and on my second visit I cut in front of someone via checking in, someone who had been there before but hadn't checked-in via the kiosk. Am I the a**hole?, yes, yes I am. Staff were helpful and efficient. Getting everything plugged in and connected once I got home. I just reversed what I had unplugged when I swapped out the old stuff. I still had to call for help, but I didn't have to spend $65 to have a technician come to the house, so that's a win. Pardon my essay.

I went to this store for a simple exchange on my cable box. After only 2 months, it was already…read moremal-functioning. The tech agent gave me the option of either waiting til they mailed out a new box, or go to a spectrum service location. When locating the facility, I noticed they had terrible yelp reviews and couldn't understand why? This location was 1/2 hour away but I decided to go anyway. When I arrived, there was 1 young girl waiting on a couple. She appeared to be the only agent. After waiting 1/2 hour, 4 more people came in and were all waiting in line. This same girl was still helping the same customer. Finally....another lady came out. I gave her my box and she had stated, "I hope it's a rented one and not bought, because then I can't exchange it". Not sure why this makes a difference but I thought what a huge inconvenience that would be. Luckily it was rented and I was able to make the exchange. As I was leaving, I noticed the lady that waiting on me was scolding 2 of the 4 people who were waiting because they moved 2 chairs 8ft so they wouldn't have to stand the whole time. It's unfortunate something as simple as a cable companies corporate store makes it so difficult and unpleasant for their customers when it should be a place of convenience for their customers.
