There was wall paint on the ceiling in some places and in others ceiling paint on the walls. I had to ask them to clean paint off of my new pellet stove in my living room as they did not have it covered while painting. They also put 2 holes in my master bathroom wall that still needs to be repaired. The paint job was horrible and patchy. The wall paint was thin and did not cover completely. When asked to return to fix the problems the problems just got worse. They tried to patch the bathroom holes and did a terrible job. They repainted around the ceiling and top of the walls to fix the over paint and did not tape the lines so there was still paint on the walls and ceiling that didn't belong. The 3rd time they came to fix what they had done I had just had my hardwood floors installed. The painters Got paint all over my brand new floors. Said he had dirty drop clothes so he didn't want to use them. He Used and stole my tools from my garage. He even Took and broke my swiffer out of my garage to clean the wet paint off my brand new wood floors. When he did that he got paint in the wood grain of my hand scraped wood floors that will not come off. When I spoke to Corey, The owner, Corey Told me to file a claim and also told me to hire another painter. Said the crew he provided was fired for their poor performance and he had nothing else to give. I'm so disappointed that someone can provide such terrible unprofessional service and not care or try to help fix the problem. Hope you learn from my mistakes and hire someone else

I found Corey on Craigslist, initially. He was friendly and had time available to go to my parents home and provide a bid. The bid was such a reasonable bid, I was concerned since many local competitors were twice as much. I asked Corey for references and called each one. I googled his company and his references and license was insured and bonded. Great! I hired him! He completed our home on proposed schedule, with base primer and final coat! Thank you Corey. I met with the owner (Shawn Eckel) to walk the 33-home neighborhood, and he provided an extremely competitive quote shortly thereafter. After receiving approval from the Board, we landed on a time frame that worked for both of us. He and his team completed the 4-month project on schedule, and we could not be more pleased. In addition to painting the buildings (which included all trim, siding, shingles, etc.,) he painted our front doors, all of the electrical boxes, performed minor repairs, and replaced cement roof tiles throughout the project. Unlike many contractors we've dealt with over the years, there were no surprises, hidden fees, or delays. As a matter of fact, we changed an accent color after the first building was painted and he was VERY accommodating. As a side note, he and his team were asked by a couple homeowners to paint their interiors and/or kitchen cabinets as separate projects. He was also able to make repairs to our roof, siding, and fascia boards along the way... If you are considering having your home painted, you will not be disappointed - guaranteed.

I contacted him and he cane out and gave me a verbal quote. I agreed and told him I was having floors replaced so I would need to have that completed first. He said if He did that part he could give me a price break, unfortunately his price was higher than the flooring company that I was using. So we set the date for after the floors were completed. Along the way i reached out regarding trim work and replacing doors to which he rarely answered the phone and preferred text. I would ask when he could start and his responses were hit and miss. Finally when we set a date, I reached out the day before and asked about items I was purchasing, and then asked him to send a final invoice (which he did not seem to want to provide) and when i gave him all the prices we discussed he mentioned an additional $500 or so for the paint. Now keep in mind when we initially discussed this project he said the price would only increase if I chose a color other than white. And he was giving me the price because it was because he would use the same color and sheen for the walls and baseboard. He decided in the end that he wanted more money and since he does not provide written estimates without repeatedly asking, he was able to change his price. Being that tine was running out I asked if he would honor his price and told him to cancel one item on the list because this was going to put me over budget. I asked if he would honor his original price, and from there he stopped responding. The next morning I called to see what the plans were since I had to schedule time off to have someone there for them, he did not respond to texts or my last call. In the end, I am fortunate I was able to experience this before the project started since it could've become very stressful. I do not recommend any company that does not provide written quotes and will change prices on a whim. Not to mention one that stops responding to a client that they've scheduled a job with.

His quote was not the lowest, but was right on target and much better than the outrageous quotes from some of the big flashy companies. The work started right on the arranged date, and the crew was extremely efficient. They pressure washed the entire house, even the vinyl siding that was not to be painted. The attention to detail was impressive, and care taken to tape and protect non-painted areas. They put in some long days to avoid weather issues! Throughout, Gabriel was instantly available and communicative whenever there were questions. Besides this, he and the crew were genuinely nice people to meet and have around to work on our house. I was a bit of a skeptic with all the glowing reviews but figured, let give him a shot and like many other customers, I couldn't be happier with this decision. Gabriel stands by his work and goes above and beyond with customer service. For exterior house painting, his bid came in competitive and he indicated he would provide 2 coats of paint. As we walked around the house I was impressed by all the items he was calling out that they would take care of after pressure washing and for prep along with his attention to detail. When they showed up to do the work, I provided input on a few things just to make sure that it wouldn't be missed during prep and they always said sure, we'll take care of it without hesitation. Gabriel even helped me understand their process further and explained a few things to me, which I appreciated. During the final walk through, I already marked a handful of small things with tape (inevitably there will always be a few touchups and polishing touches needed) and Gabriel was quick to add more blue tape for items that he would fix.
