Then they went bought a new door painted it and painted the window of the door and missed several spots around the glass because they were in a hurry as they messed up earlier. Then they reinstalled my storm door improperly and it won't shut on its own like it used to. After coming and and inspecting everything they told me it was immaculate. This company is a joke and should never be trusted for any work on a house. A child could have painted my door better than they did. I could have installed the door better than they could and I have never installed a door. It has been almost 2 months now and still no resolution to fixing the problems. I made an appointment for someone to come out and do an estimate for painting the exterior of my…read morehome. It was an online booking system. I booked it and made plans to stay home so that I could meet the person and ask my questions. I received two email confirmations the day prior and then the next day no one showed up. I emailed Mark to ask if someone had been by without letting us know and his response was that our appointment slipped through their cracks and they were booked up and would I like an estimate for next season. The issue I have is if you're booked through next season, it might be nice to display that on your website. If online booking is your way of making things convenient or easier for customers, then being completely full, yet still allowing people to book is opposite of convenient. Second, I imagine they feel their time is valuable. If this is the case then know that having potential customers sitting around waiting for you is completely unacceptable. I took a day off of work for this. Third, being booked out till next season is fine, but please don't accept online bookings. I am really annoyed and I don't plan to use a business that let my appointment "slip through the cracks". If they were not booked through the whole season, would they have let my appointment slip through the cracks?

Derek and Chris cleaned and prepped everything thoroughly, then selected the correct paint for the job. They worked tirelessly making sure the job was done to the highest of standards. They were wonderful with suggestions when asked about colors, knew exactly how to apply the paint to our many different surfaces, and, when done, went back to touch up and clean up. I came home from work and found my house exactly as it was prior to them showing up with the exception of a better looking exterior!
