I cannot say enough good things about Gabriel and his crew. I already had 2 bids for paint but wasn't quite fully satisfied and found High Quality Painting LLC via Yelp. I was a bit of a skeptic with all the glowing reviews but figured, let give him a shot and like many other customers, I couldn't be happier with this decision. Gabriel stands by his work and goes above and beyond with customer service. For exterior house painting, his bid came in competitive and he indicated he would provide 2 coats of paint. As we walked around the house I was impressed by all the items he was calling out that they would take care of after pressure washing and for prep along with his attention to detail. When they showed up to do the work, I provided input on a few things just to make sure that it wouldn't be missed during prep and they always said sure, we'll take care of it without hesitation. Gabriel even helped me understand their process further and explained a few things to me, which I appreciated. During the final walk through, I already marked a handful of small things with tape (inevitably there will always be a few touchups and polishing touches needed) and Gabriel was quick to add more blue tape for items that he would fix. Let me paint the picture, I just purchased a home and the home needed quiet a bit of TLC. The house was lived for 20 plus years and it showed. Especially when the previous owner made an attempt to paint the house without moving furniture. Initially I wanted to paint the exterior only but after seeing the inside of the home after the previous owners left it wasn't an option but to paint the inside as well. At first I was a bit overwhelmed but Gabriel reassured my family and I of his 5 year garauntee. After interviewing many painters in my area Gabriel gave me a free estimate through photos in which didn't deviate too much when it came time to pay up. The key is to be specific as possible to get the best estimate/quote. They take cash and cashier's checks. No credit cards. Gabriel made time for me to ask ALL my questions and concerns. I dealt directly with Gabriel and had an open line of communication the whole time. Some of his crew weren't fluent in English and yet they made my family and I comfortable accommodating our needs. His time management skills were unremarkable. Painting the whole house in 7 days was very impressive given that they would start on the house every morning at 7am and note their commute is 1 hr and 37 minutes coming from Everett. Gabriel was also flexible and reasonable in price after approaching a obstacle in which required a primer since the wood was stained. With that he also gave us a good price. They had the whole neighborhood looking at their work as they caulked and primered the exterior. We appreciate their hard work as the house is now our home. tl;dr: Gabriel and his team are awesome and would definitely use them again. I got a new place and the walls were a horrendous color. It was seriously depressing. I had done some of the walls and ceilings with my dad, but I had to go back to work and he had to go home as well. So I had half of the place painted and little to no time to paint the rest. To start with, his communication pre-job was astounding. I sent off a message on Sunday (when they are listed as closed), expecting to hear back on Monday. To my surprise, not only did I get a message from them, but they came out to my place THAT DAY to get an idea of what needed to be done and give me a quote. They were extremely flexible with my schedule, which is not easy for me! Before they came out, they checked with me the day prior to make sure we were still good to go. Just excellent communication all around. The day of painting, it was Gabriel and one other painter. They showed up on time, which is a huge plus. Both of them wore masks the entire time (because COVID), and wore shoe protectors as well. They definitely took pride in their work and got everything done super fast. I had them do one of my ceilings, which was an unpainted popcorn ceiling where the popcorn was sprayed on super thick. Not only did they paint it, but they also managed to not have any of the unpainted spots show through (which is pretty hard to do without spending a LOT of time). Overall, the quality of the job is top notch and it's clear they know what they're doing. The rooms they painted look better than the rooms me and my dad painted! We bought the Sherwin Williams Emerald paint on deep discount, had tinted and mixed when we were ready and finally picked a color. They got a crew over for pressure wash and prep work a couple days prior, masked windows and trim nicely, painted quickly, two coats and backrolled. No runs or overspray mess.
