This is not my personal bank and I'm here only once a month to make the house payments. Bank is located in the WinCo shopping center. It is very nice and clean and the customer service is great. Never had any issues with long lines or the bank tellers. Today I was helped by Maria and she did and excellent job. I hate chase bank this is the second time i've had to deal with incompetent people! The first time was in elk Grove by bel Air she not only was incompetent but rude as hell. Today Trying to get a signature guarantee for my bond to release my money to my daughter she was like how do I know that is your account well you have my name on it and my account number and you have my ID and my debit card her response, you could've printed this up! Saying that I need to have some thing with my name and the account number which is exactly what that paper was printed from the bank still in the envelope from the bank with my name on it with the mail stamp with the FedEx on! With my banker that I deal with her name is on it phone number and address with the name of the bank on it??? what am I missing!!! Always Incompetent bankers!!!! And my daughter has a bank account with chase LOL so!!!! Ughhhhhh hire people who know what the hell they are looking at!!! This was my first time at this Chase Bank Location, and it was such a good experience. I Had just finished my Graveyard Shift, finally got paid, and needed to set up a bank account. Coming to the bank while i was so tired, was already, in my head considered to be a "hassle". Anyways what turned my experience and end of my day around was the super rad Filipino guy names Alvin who helped me set my account up. Super rad dude, calm, funny, and knew a lot about Marvel comics. He kept me laughing and talking the whole way through. He also Let me in on a great deal because i was a college student. Hooked me up with a cool Darth Vader Card. And the rest was history. 6-6-16 4pm and only 2 tellers working. Talk about an inconvenience for business banking. No merchant teller and with the new hires the customer service isn't the greatest anymore. I bank with chase personally and I'd rather drive an hour out of my way then go to this one. Customer service is great, however that's also the problem. The tellers end up talking and chatting when there's a line growing, also it's the lack of employees they have, more so now since they're expecting new ATMs. I miss the fact it used to be quick ...seems like it's more like the dmv now read more

Customer service is great. They always remember us. They are kind to my kids and always ask if it's OK to give them a lollipop. I'm giving it 4 stars because they only have one teller. Sometimes 2. So you are in line for awhile. That seems to be the trend for all Banks. Its very annoying. I just recently found out that the machines inside can deposit your money. If it's a chase check it's available right away. I hate that they only give $200 if it's from another bank and then you have to wait 24 hrs. I do like that when you use the inside machine it can give you any denomination back. Wish the outside machines did that. read more

There is always a line despite the fact many of them are just sitting around doing nothing. They just installed these machines to be more efficient and I guess so they can be lazier and not require as many tellers. They are absolutely pointless, they never work and efficiency has even decreased. The staff is mostly women and they are extremely rude! All of them have horrible attitudes. read more

I have never had many bad experiences with Chase and they usually do anything to make any faults right. However I did come in here with an issue which I normally don't and talk to a little Chinese girl and she was so rude and disrespectful. I don't know how many time she rolled her eyes. I don't know how she could even stay employed. Maybe she was on her menstrual cycle and it made her on edge she might want to consider some prozac. Terrible terrible terrible customer service I ended up being unable to resolve my issue with Chase as this a little Chinese girl or Filipino or whatever the hell she is was completely on interested in trying to help me with my scenario. In my opinion she has no business working with the public. And the next time I go into Chase I will get her name and update my yelp account. If I could give this Chase a zero and still make a review I would.
