Despite the large and somewhat complicated transaction I needed her to perform, she handled it to the best of her ability. This branch is rather busy, especially since it's one of the only ones open on Saturdays.

All in all, there may be better banks in the area if you are looking to open an account. We came into this bank to pay off a loan we had for a short time. I have never been a fan of Wells Fargo, and this experience solidified that for me. When we came in, they were sure we did not have an account with them, which isn't the case. We came in with a full check to pay off the car- because we didn't want a loan with WF. Nonetheless, when we gave them the check for the amount we were quoted for the payoff, we were told that the numbers in their internal system didn't match, which contradicts what they were saying. I asked the teller to get a manager or supervisor because what I can bring up online differs from what they are bringing up on their end. When we finally got a hold of a manager, they were quick to help, showcasing that the teller may need more training in this area. We were told to follow up with the auto department in the next 24-48 hours to ensure the loan was paid off as it should be. There is nothing more unsettling than leaving a bank where you just paid off a loan, where they tell you to call and confirm that they have done their job appropriately. The fear was confirmed. Outside of our 1:1 experience with managers and tellers, I want to speak to the location. We walked in, and the entire building smelled like marijuana, which is also concerning when they are dealing with people's money. Maybe a client came in, but perhaps it wasn't. The floor was dirty; the tellers were handing out in the back office, chatting away. Nothing about this location screamed this is where you should keep your money. It was concerning. If people see this when they walk into a WF bank for the first time, they wouldn't want to keep an account there.

This is my second time in two weeks coming out to this location. First on 4/17/2026 I needed to…read moreorder temporary checks. I was greeted immediately by Zachary when I approached the line. He was so helpful and went the extra mile to explain to me the products attached to one of my Chase accounts. My second visit took place today and I waited for him particularly! The fact that he remembered made me so happy. I can tell Zachary is very connected with the customers of this branch. Excellent customer service or should I say TOP TiER!

I've been banking with Chase for years. Last week, there was a fraud on my account. The bank…read moreadvised me to close the account and open a new one, which I did. Problem solved, right? Nope! I have had NOTHING but problems with Chase ever since then. My original account is not closed, only frozen. Yet transactions from the old account (with the fraud) were coming through on the new account. WHAT?? When I closed the original account, I asked them to close the debit card as well, which they did not do. I have spent HOURS on the phone with Chase trying to get this all figured out. I was transferred from person to person and no one could tell me anything. Finally, they told me that my NEW account, the one I opened a week ago, is ALSO being closed. They refused to tell me why or what was going on. I again went into the branch and spent hours trying to figure this out. Still, no one could tell me anything other than my new account is being closed. I now have zero bank accounts and no one can tell me why. I am a single-mom, and I am in the middle of moving, so this could not be happening at a worse time. Chase does not care about their customers AT ALL. I will NEVER bank with Chase ever again.
