When I got there, she was available, meaning there were no other customers waiting, so she started my paperwork, and during the first 30 to 45 minutes, another customer came, to pay, so Mrs. Sherri was multitasking, she did ask me politely if she could take care of the person quickly, so she did. Then shortly after, another person, to pay also, she took care of it, like I said earlier, she was multitasking, efficiently. Then another party showed up, they needed paperwork done, so she asked them to wait a few minutes, we were almost done with the my process, when this other customer showed up, to pay, but her situation, and/or reason for payment was a very delicate one, can't go into details, out of respect and privacy, but she was having a very tough day. Mrs. Sherri stopped everything, and spent the next hour or so, taking care of this person. Finally, she was able to solve some issues, not all of them, but not because she didn't tried, because she did, 100%, but because it was out of her hands by other reasons beyond her control. After a while, the answer was always...."there is nothing better than you already have". It has come to the point where I am a senior citizen, I drive less than 50 miles a day, no tickets in over a decade, no DUI EVER, no at fault accidents in over 25 years a single filing for a broken windshield THIS CENTURY. YET...the best rate that can be found is near $1000 every 6 months (and it was ME that found IT). I was very impressed with Liere in my first few years but they became complacent and were just fine with spending my money as the insurance companies TOLD THEM. You might try them for a year or two but be prepared to move on after that unless you want to be at the mercy of the insurance Czars.

I can 100% can say I didn't experience any of this when I was side swiped by another vehicle and verbally abused by the other driver. I'd already had a rough day. But Liere and Safeco insurance made it so easy! I had a reservation for a rental before I even spoke to an adjuster. The whole process of dropping off my car at Caliber, enterprise coming to pick me up and me driving out of the lot back home was 45 min. Not to mention I don't pay a crap ton for insurance. Incredibly thankful to have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I will be giving you guys my money forever! Lol
