Worse customer service ever, our business account was hacked for many dollars . I called the branch they never answer the phone , I drive there they make me wait hours and no one is ever available and when they are they tell me to call the 1800 number. In the mean time my account of 1/2 million dollars is frozen with no explanation and no timeline of when I will get my money back which is hurting my business . BUSINESS OWNERS BEWARE !! Go to a small bank that appreciates its customers and works with you in the event of a problem! Chase is HORRIBLE!! read more

The after-hours drive thru ATM is out of order and not dispensing cash. The front ATM doesn't work either. The after hours lobby door doesn't open when I scan or swipe my ATM card so I can't access the lobby ATM. They need to fix these issues soon. Wasted my time driving here. read more

Go see Jason! What an asset to Chase! Came in to open up a second business checking account..thinking it's going to be a headache but it was far from that. Someone immediately came up to me and greeted me and asked if I've been helped. His name was Jason Murray and he helped out tremendously. Kind, professional, and helpful. Walked in with a question and the bank manager didn't even bother to help with my issue. The issue was an offer match and branches are known to match by calling their internal customer service line. This guy (short hair , white) didn't even bother to put in any effort to explore possible solutions. I came in an hour before closing and felt rushed. For a manager ( I think that's whet he was), he seems unaware about Chase's policies. Honestly would give one star but I'm not like that. The manager, Mike, talks a nice game and seems cordial but he's inauthentic. When I tried opening an account with their branch, there were so many hoops they wanted me to jump through (something about coming back on a special day so they could train a new employee) and typically I'd try to be reasonable, but this day in particular I had a desperate need for money for my business and was required to open a bank account with chase to cash a check. The manager said he couldn't help me, but earlier in the conversation had explicitly stated "I *could help you but only would if I needed to", so when I explained my situation (I didn't have personal transportation that week and had to make special arrangements to arrive there before they closed) and referred to his statement, he danced around the topic in a weird gaslighting way. Finally, I pressed the man and asked if he would be willing to help, because he had already stated he *could, he said "I will not answer that question". So I looked at him and said "so you're a liar then, Mike?". He responded again: "I will not answer that question." I managed to make it to a chase one town over and they took care of everything for me, day of, without any hoops. I'm praying this comes back around to you Mike, karma, as juicy as ever. Nice branch. Tough to get in and out of. Even if you are able to get through the street traffic to get into the parking lot, it's going to be tough to find a spot to park in. And if you want to go through the drive thru ATM, great! But there's a good chance you're going to be sitting there awhile as the exit is right up against the lot exit and since the streets are backed up...so are the exits. So in a nutshell, if you go to this location, just plan on it not being a quick in and out trip. It's just not going to happen. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. This is by far the worst bank. My husband and I just made a large deposit into his business account and I kid you not they lost his debit card and put the money into someone else's account. All within 5 minutes. The manager told my husband "just get a new card"...duh! There aren't other options because you guys lost it. I can't believe how rude they were for their own mistake. Not to mention how long it took for them to take the money out of the random account they placed it in. They are unorganized, unprofessional and just an overall terrible bank. I wish they had more bankers or proactive staff. I made a deposit and asked for a safe deposit box, they told me to wait in a chair for a banker. I sat for 25 minutes waiting then a banker comes up saying they have no boxes available. It would have been nice to actually have them check before wasting a customer's time. This is the absolute worst bank I have ever had to do business at. I wish I could give them a zero. Tried to call Chase, was on hold for over an hour and finally decided to give up. Then went to the bank and waited in line for 45 minutes. There were probably 6+ employees just standing around and 1 bank teller. When I was finally able to talk to someone, they had no idea how to help me with any of my questions and said I would just have to try to call. This branch is managed very poorly. Wish I could give a zero!! Worst customer service of any bank I have ever been to. The business I work for has multiple accounts there and I have gone in to have some things done for the business. They will not help you figure out any acceptable options for what you need to do. I was told they could not help me unless they charged me $15 service fee because I don't personally bank there. Another Chase branch helped me with no fees!!! Now the second time...trying to deposit CASH to help out a family member who was overdrawn and they won't accept cash...told me it was a money laundering law. Ok how about some options...told me money order or check. Well, both options require me to leave the bank and go to my own bank to get a money order or back home to get a check (which they would hold most of until it cleared my bank). Thanks for your help...NOT!! Again, the Chase branch on Irvine saved the day by letting me know that I could use my debit card to transfer the money with no service charge from Chase. This branch couldn't tell me there was that option!!!! They just don't care...that's twice now!! Will never set foot in there again and will tell everyone I know how bad the customer service is there!! The manager that was so unhelpful that day was Elizabeth...and as I was arguing with her the GM, who was there at the time, never came out to help sort things out. The worse chase bank I have ever been to drive thru that absolutely do not work. I use their drive thru teller and every time the wait is ridiculous!!!!! The camera for the teller is facing the wall!!! I always get told that they are so busy and short staff so I need to come in!!! I get that from time to time they can be busy but EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Come on! I have 2 toddlers and I think drive thru will be more convenient for me and for the people around me as well..Corporate needs to hire more employee for this location!!! I will most likely extract every penny I have at this bank. The people that work at this branch and the one on Baker are very, very poor employees. Constantly long waits with only 1 or 2 tellers, appointments I make just disappear and no one knows what I am talking about, and I have been lied to more than once. WORST location I have ever been to. Terrible service and couldn't answer any questions I had pertaining to my accounts.

I am so utterly disgusted at the lack of help I got from any employee at Chase. I made a deposit at my local Chase drive thru ATM and the ATM malfunctioned causing it to freeze and not process my transaction or spit my money out. After about 10min of waiting I sent my bf into the branch to call a representative which told us to come in and file a claim. So I go in and file a claim thinking every will be okay. He took the report and they gave me my credit. To my shock and surprise about 3weeks later they debited the amount back out (did not email me or inform me that they did this, found out by a clerk telling me my card was declined). So I called Chase which transferred my call to the claims department which told me they debited the money out because there was no proof of the deposit. Okay. Well I deposited that money and it was not my fault their machine was not working properly and either spit my money out and someone took it or their technician stole it. I tell the representatives on the phone that I want to see the video and she tells me I have to subpoena it! They give me the run around about filing a police report (which they knew damn well that I couldn't because it is not a criminal act). I go to the police station and low and behold they tell me they can't take a report that I would have to go to the courthouse........And here I am knowing nothing about the justice system having to fight for my money against a billion dollar corporation that probably has done this to hundreds of people.
