I was about to give up on chase bank after being a customer ever since chase took over the Washington mutual banks which I was a customer. I just started another business account with chase and had nothing but issues with it since opening it. Over 3 weeks later and still not resolved all over an issue on their end. Multiple visits to the branch since u can't call the 800 number right now u just end up on hold for hours and hours I was honestly looking into ways I could file a complaint against the bank. The one guy who worked with me the entire time was the branch manager Gurinder. Very professional, good customer service, and went above and beyond to make sure he did everything he and his team could do to help. The rest of his team also always did their best to do whatever they could to help. Restored my faith maybe not with this bank but definitely with this branch. Great job thanks again guys.

Zelle (and Chase) can go to hell!!!!!…read more I had a business account here for my rental real estate LLC for three years. I used Zelle to send money to myself on a monthly basis. However, unbeknownst to me, last month Zelle changed the recipients phone number for my profile. It read my name, but someone else's number. It was one digit off. Once I found out the money went to the wrong person, I called Chase to reverse the transaction. I was given the "run around" and instructed to go to the branch. I go to the branch and they informed me the transaction cannot be reversed, but I should call another number. I call the other number and they inform me that I should call the other party. Then I was transferred to another number. Fuk this!!!!! I called the other party and they informed me that they notified their bank, and asked them to reverse the transaction. They are with Wells and that big bank did not reverse the transaction for 8 business days. I finally received my money back after 10 business days, but only after I threatened to file a complaint with Chase's primary regulator. I found out later that 10 days is the maximum time allowed before the bank has to return the money. After all this, Chase has the audacity to tell me, they can debit my account if after their investigation they find wrongdoing: Da fuk!!!!! I didn't change the recipients phone number mthrfukrs! Your fukn Zelle system that you own with a consortium of other banks that are too big to fail changed it. I ended up closing my account. Keep in mind this is not my first negative experience with Chase. Prior to the Great Recession, they sent me a card and said sign here, we'll give you a six figure equity line. When the GR hit, they canceled my line (I wasn't using it anyway). There was a class action suit and I ended up getting a whopping $25. Well FUC (Fuk U Chase)!!!!! You are an unethical bank that has been fined hundreds of millions of dollars bc you have inadequate systems to monitor money launderers, and two of your former advisors were sued by their grandmother for steering her into unsuitable investments and forging her signature. Its a wonder your chairman still has his job.

Another demand for my prize paperwork was made, but I foolishly didn't get a copy of the paperwork that I had previously submitted and so now I'm charged a lot for every little thing! Plus, I was misinformed about my savings minimum balance amount by a teller which depleted that account!! California Bank & Mistrust is owned by Zions Bancorporation and neither of them care to maintain their integrity or honor the contract. I got 16 of my employees to signup on that Grand Opening Day, but now I experience regret. Sadly, I suppose it's time to build trust with some new bank after devoting 27 years here.

No need to program anything as complex as the Vision or Ultron. But yeah getting a car loan or dealing with banks usually feels like fighting Thanos (which is the worst), but they make it a breeze. For anything that involves walking inside the branch, I've never had too long of a wait - even when there is a line. Really - if you qualify for membership - whether you're a school employee or are related to one - membership is worth it. One of the major plusses to having a credit union account is access to the CO-OP ATM network - a boon when you're traveling! Most 7-11s have ATMs that are part of this network, and you can usually find CO-OP ATMs at various credit unions across the country. The benefits of a CO-OP ATM? it's all part of the credit union network - so you can access basic account info AND withdraw cash fee-free. While the Huntington Beach SchoolsFirst branch is my "home branch" and go-to, this location in Fountain Valley is just as friendly, service is top notch, and there's plenty of parking. No issues!

There are plenty of great reasons to go with a credit union for all of those things, you should really check it out. One of the major factors for me in this credit union is the friendliness and quality of the people that work here. It's kind of like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name, and they make you feel right at home. When I'm in Orange county this is definitely my go-to Branch, as it is right down the street from where I normally stay., and their hours are perfect because I can always stop by in between meetings. Inside the branch everything is neat and clean and feels modern and fresh. Again, the real standout is the people that work here. Always friendly, always attentive, and willing to be courteous and chatty. I appreciate that as it can make it rather boring bank experience. Much more pleasurable. Added bonus, they have a coinstar machine inside, and if you are a credit Union member, you get no fees charged to exchange your coins for paper money. That in and of itself saves you easily 12 or 13%. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough, if you live in Orange county, or if you had lived in Orange county. This is a great place to go to join a credit union and take advantage of all of the savings that they offer their members.

I'm currently shopping for a new business checking account, for weekly deposits of huge amounts of $$$. Will I give them my money? Hell no, not after the way they treated me.
