He was busy serving another customer, which through no fault of his took more than twenty minutes as he was already helping him as I arrived. OK, a twenty minute wait for a transaction that took 30 seconds to complete. I'm writing this because there were two other bank personnel who helped people with transactions that needed more than teller services, both of whom walked passed me several times. They saw me standing there for a protracted period but neither acknowledged me. Had they recognized my wait or tried to help in some way, I would not be writing this. But they didn't. The lone teller, looked up after a while understanding that I was waiting for him. In his defense, when I stepped up to the counter, he apologized and thanked me for waiting. He is the only employee who did right by your corporation and you call yourselves The Convenience Bank.

I asked all my questions, and liked that it was going to fit my needs. That was over 8 months ago. For the past 3, $200+ from my checking account and 300+ from my checking account. This started in May. My husband I are were very forgiving because the manager said she would expedite my issue. She never expedited my issue and due to that the bank "stole" over $500. I was led to buy the woman who signed me up in every sense. She is no longer with the bank. I am out a lot (imo) of money and no one there careless. We are gradually moving or accounts over to TD. People's back manager was rude, liar, who did not care about our loyalty to that bank or do what she promised. BTW, They cancelled my savings account with our my knowledge or request.
