Very inconvenient bank that only has 2 tellers, it took them 20 min to help me, not just that I told the teller that the acct I wanted to make a deposit in was a closed acct and asked her to put it in the open acct thats linked to the closed acct. Then yet she puts it in the closed acct, and another employee helps her and tells me "oh thats a closed acct." I said "yes I know I told her not that account" there customer service is the worse. My husband goes in all the time because thats the closest chase bank to his job and he always a bad experience starting with the wait time. read more

PATHETIC & UNPROFESSIONAL! I do not know how a bank remains in business with one teller & one personal banker at 4:45 in the afternoon! I arrived 15 minutes before closing and one personal banker was with another client. I said I'd be happy to wait as my time is very tight. I wanted to open a new account. I was told that the personal banker would not be able to help me today (that's with me arriving a full 15 minutes before closing and only ONE OTHER CUSTOMER IN THE ENTIRE BANK!) but that I could come back tomorrow. I said "you're kidding, right?" "Tomorrow does not work for me. You're telling me that she can't finish with that customer and then open my new account?" I was told no. I left and said "that is a totally unprofessional way to run a bank and I won't be back." After reading some of these other reviews, I won't be going back to ANY Citibank branch ever to open any accounts. They've completely lost my business. This review is for Suzanne Betta. I dont like leaving negative reviews because I know how businesses thrive on 5 stars. But after my experience, I had to write this review at the parking lot because of my transaction with her. When I make deposits at any Chase location, I'm always greeted with a big smile and small talk and it doesn't matter if I make a big or small deposit. With her, she made my banking experience with this branch like I'm a nuisance and wouldn't even smile. She yelled at one of her tellers to do something which made her look so unprofessional. I manage a very busy medical office and I have to take care of sick and difficult patients but I would always make them feel comfortable. Suzanne is managing a bank and she deals with financial issues but I'm sure they are not busy nor do they see difficult clients everyday. I would think that since I bring my business here, she would make me feel special. I wish they would promote one of the sincere and nice tellers to manage this place. I only go to this branch because it is close to my home but if I see her in one of the windows, I would avoid making a transaction with her. Or maybe I would rather drive 10 more minutes out of my way to avoid this location altogether. read more

I agree with what is written below me. This branch is very helpful and the employees always have smiles on their face. I really like Sam. He is always first to approach you, hold the door open for you, and help you in any way he can. I also like it because it's close to my house with a convenient drive thru. I was there just about 15minutes back around 4:40PM. I went there to ask if they have a certain service that banks generally provide, so it was more of a question. So i was there standing near the seating area to find someone to ask this quick question. Few of the employees walk past and dont care to ask what i needed. I thought i probably should sit in the chairs so they will notice me. I was the only one sitting and waiting. within about 5 minutes, i see few employees pass by and then the guy (probably in his mid 20's) doing the teller work comes to the people waiting in the line (about 4-5 of them) and advices them how to get things done using the ATM machines next to the teller counters. He does make an eye contact with me, but doesn't even care to ask why i am waiting for. there are employees finishing up their discussions with other customers in their cubicle, still dont care to ask me or greet me. ABSOLUTELY NO GREETING OR EYE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER. They were too busy leaving home and didnt care why a customer was waiting. Now i understand why Bank of America is far better in customer care. The moment you go in and take a seat or the moment they see a customer seeking information, they would come to you and greet you and make you comfortable if not take care of your business. Finally, i was frustrated and just left after waiting for about 10minutes. as expected nobody cared. good customer service! They used to be good when the branch was new as they had to get new deposits. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS BRANCH. Horrible service at this location. And the most horrific thing about the expierence today was that it was from the branch manager ( Suzanne Betta.) I came into this location seeking to withdraw funds. Due to the bills i wanted i had to go to the tell. First off she was eating cookies while talking to me at the counter. She literally had crumbs falling out of her mouth while talking. Second, she was asking me personal questions which required me to answer allowing everyone to hear since i had to speak louder due the the bullet proof glass we were devided by. Without asking her my balance she decided to let me know and everyone else in the room know how much was in there. She then decided to say " you sure you want to leave that amount in there?"Come on lady! Is this your first day at work? I wouldnt have mind if i was sitting at one of the desk and it was more isolated. but to let everyone know about my business that was waiting in line was pretty unprofessional. iIwould avoid this location at all cost. switching back over to Wells Fargo for sure. read more

horrible customer service , they are rude and i was sterotyped as soon i walk into this branch , i am fully tattooed and wanted to withdraw money and make two cashiers check , well i recently had made a huge purchase same day in the moring , so any way the two young ;ladies look at me wishperd amoung eachother said they were unable to make my transaction today and then said dont make anothr big purchase at the apple store , wtf ...first all they we rude (the young white girl ) she already pre judged me just because i have tattoos , so then the (persian young girl) made pre udgements already just cause i have tattoos , ...yes nurses and doctors have tattoos , some of us are fully covered .....so i had to make 3 trips to this bank and still what i needed was not even done , slow , judemental ,unfriendly , rude , no customer service , all though i had probelms w/boa there customer serivce was always good to me , never judge me , always tried to get what i need...maybe its just this branch but horrible read more
