This is great for gold River customers as they now have two choices. A smart move, would have been to move to the new section of Folsom. There was another issue where I could not pay my rent with my account without calling and explaining the situation every single month. I could probably post my card on the internet and it wouldn't even be an issue because I guarantee someone would pretty much be unable to use this card.

If you need an exception to exceed the limit or if your debit card is SHUT DOWN by their hypersensitive fraud alerts - it can only be turned back on during bank business hours. (Good luck on the weekend or with travel! You had better have a back up option.) The fraud alerts are totally random. It shuts down the whole card after a transaction at a merchant you've been to regularly and no one can tell you why and, it warrants repeating, it can only be turned back on/released during bank business hours, which are pretty limited. The technology is very outdated. You can't access basic services that other banks offer customers, like funds transfer, etc. (Or, we couldn't.) They shut down our account without explanation. We had never bounced anything and had great working relationships with branch staff. Can't begin to understand what's going on here. Our friends who referred us left quite a while ago.
