Ger is professional, positive, caring, understanding, honest, patient, very knowledgeable about credit and past due bill situations like my situation. Ger is a very good communicator and explains things clearly so that I understood what he was talking about. Ger Yang suggested a couple of strategies to use to try to get this matter resolved and I agreed with his strategies and asked him to pursue the two strategies that he suggested to try to get this matter resolved as quickly as possible. Ger assured me that he would take the necessary steps to implement the two strategies he suggested right away after we ended our telephone conversation! I provided him with materials about my defense, a video, photographs, and a lengthy statement from which he could answer the questions on the lawsuit. I later found out that he merely submitted what I gave him. He did submit my response to the appropriate court and individuals involved. However he didn't write it anything more than I submitted to him and do it correctly and I receive notice from the the opposing Atty that my response was not adequate and that if I did not provide them with one which met the legal requirements and that I would lose the case. Fortunately my homeowners insurance attorney took over and submitted a legally acceptable response.. Mr. Garcia offered to secure a trust necessary in my case and offered it at additional expense of $1600. Given that the work he did for me was not accepted I do not choose to use him again. Mr. Garcia is charming and presents as caring, but as far as submitting legal documents in the state of Nevada, he is not competent. Even when told that the documents he submitted on my behalf were not accepted, he did not offer me any financial compensation for the fee I paid him.
