Arlington in Reno yesterday. After explaining what I was trying to do, she was able to sit down with me, gather the information needed to apply for the loan and I was quickly approved. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was able to reduce my monthly payment and lower the interest rate. SPCU was able to accomplish what I wanted to achieve easily. This was a positive experience for me and I highly recommend SPCU and am considering doing additional business with them in the future.

I just got off the phone with them and they are charging me late fee and return fee also. I think that's bullsh*t because they put it back in my bank. I even called my bank to make sure they weren't blocking it for any reason they said it was returned by onemain financial. While I was in the home with onemain she said they have been trying to call me since the payment hasn't gone through and has left me a voicemail every time but I do not have one missed call from them or a voicemail. I have gone through with them before at the Roseville location had no problems with my payments ever and this one Lodi one does seem to be trustworthy to me at this point. I'm already nervous about buying used cars, and even more nervous because it was too far away for me to look at. I read all these Yelp reviews for his business, and was impressed because he was rated higher than most used car dealerships. And he provided a free CarFax report, so I knew the car's history and was impressed it only had 2 owners over 24 years. I talked to Ata by phone about the car, then hired a mobile mechanic (also found through Yelp) in the Rancho Cordova area, and sent him in to inspect the car. Ata was very accommodating and tolerant of the mechanic's inspection and lengthy test drive, during which I was on the phone with the mechanic and Ata. I ended up buying the car, and Ata recommended a shipping option he's used that even cost less than what I could get through one of the national car transport companies. Ata took care of a small dent in the bumper before shipping the car, he included the 30-day drivetrain warranty noted on the Craigslist ad, handled all of the paperwork, and I ended up with a great car I'm thrilled to own! The man takes pride in the cars he "curates" for his business and is an honest gentleman. Truly a "Top Quality" operation.

I think the chip there was something wrong with it so the one that helped me, her name was MacKenzie Babbitt I felt like she was blaming me. The fact that my chip wasn't working she said she was gonna have to ask her boss if I can get a new card without them charging me which I thought was ridiculous considering the fact that the chip wasn't working was not my fault and I didn't understand why they couldn't just re-replace it anyways I don't know if she tried to scare me or what it was, but she came back saying that it was fine that they'll just give it to me for this one time anyways a couple years go by and I go about a week ago because my grandma passed away considering I was her caregiver on my income was going into Valley First and then obviously after she passed away I didn't have any more income anymore so they closed my card. Long story short I got McKenzie again again I felt blamed. I felt embarrassed. I felt like she judged me and she was so negative telling me that I would have to open up a whole new account if they even let me open it up I ended up leaving and told her I would go the next morning, but I ended up going to the Valley First downtown and I was helped by such an incredible person. I told her about my experience with McKenzie. She said she was absolutely so sorry about everything and that they should never make us feel that way because they're there to help us she helped me. She helped my mom she was so so different than MacKenzie MacKenzie should not be working in customer service maybe she needs to be trained, but I don't see how someone can be trained to be a nicer human being.
