Turns out when I get there we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to free up. Kind of defeats the purpose of an appointment when you have to wait so long. I IMMEDIATELY called the 800 number, spoke with a young lady, explained what happened, and was told the branch would be notified that I would return and be able to get the card. I came back at 9:30 as instructed. I was the only customer in the branch. The manager and another employee told me they would not help me retrieve my card and that I should call my branch to get another card. What made the situation more frustrating was the attitude I received. There was no effort to assist me or even find a reasonable solution. So I did ask the branch manager for two envelopes, and I would help myself with a look, and even more attitude; she did give me two. And side here. And within 1 min. I did get my card.

This branch has 6-8 cashier windows, yet they almost never have more than 2 people working. Our bank teller was not the friendliest just meh. Oh well, sometimes we just don't know who we're going to get on the other side. As long as the transaction gets done, that's what matters. Thanks lady. As for seeing a bank representative to close an account, we didn't have an appointment so we had to wait for the next opening. Luckily, the 2:30 PM appt didn't show so we got in. Wait was about 15 mins so it wasn't too bad. Thuy (bank rep) was friendly and nice. Her professionalism and knowledge shined through. Transaction was quick and smooth. Great place and environment…read more Went early morning at 9am So I can cash and deposit my check Just got out right now'. The gentleman who helped me I told him simple. Cash and deposit my check please. And deposit this cash as well after The whole point was for me to get my full check. That why I went to the teller and not the machines. As I was leaving I check my receipt and noticed he just deposited the damn check and not cash it first. Now I have to wait till tmrw for the full amount and some bills are due today.
