Phil was 15 minutes late to the appointment. I asked him if the appointment was not set up correctly and why were we starting late and he clicked around on his computer for a minute and then said "uh I guess I just missed it". Then proceeded to be condescending and arrogant throughout our entire conversation. Wasnt able to help me get done what I needed to get done and frankly didnt seem to care. I told him I'd be closing my account and he said, hope you have a nice day. No effort whatsoever at customer service.

I debated over giving this bad review, but the way we were treated was very poor. We were helped by a woman named Rochelle and she assisted us in opening an account and applying for a product. There were multiple times where she made degrading comments on our income. She wasn't knowledgable or seemed to have our best interest in mind when we expressed concern. We felt incredibly uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope she doesn't make any one else feel less and changes her demeanor towards customers. It's not hard to be kind. Avoid this branch if you could, or at least if you can help it, this teller.
