PERSONAL. that's why I gave you the entire account number to avoid that stupid question. "Agent". We know you want to speak to an agent (but we don't care). We have an app, are you in the military, do you need your balance that announced already but are stupid? We have an app. We have an app. We won't shut up or tell you wait time. We will keep repeating this obnoxious description of a phone app over and over. Are you too stupid to get an app. We at Bank of America are too stupid to see you use your app every day. Did you know we have a banking app? Are you in the military? We don't care but it sounds like we do if we keep asking. If we cared we would remember and provide a special number where you can edit on hold while we play patriotic music. Let me repeat this same stuff again. Here is a lie: our wait times are longer than usual. Actually we don't want to talk to you and your time is unimportant to us. We don't hire enough representatives to take calls. Please give up and spend hours going in loops of useless help. Or chat to someone overseas who won't understand you. We are only open limited US business hours even though we outsource most our work. We are the worst business you deal with. Now I will repeat all this again. Did you know we have a banking app?

There is a guy with buzzed hair and tattoos that works on the teller side who thinks he's superior because he's a teller, however, instead of talking to the girls, he could've helped us out. There's a girl with glasses who also works as a teller who is hard of hearing and has an attitude, just as unhelpful! Finally we get to the banker, just as unhelpful. Funny how no one wears name tags so I can put names. Exactly why I changed banks! Drive further and go to a different branch! This place is GARBAGE and outdated!

    I've been using this branch more because of all the construction in front of the Bank of America on…read moreSouth Santa Fe, and let me tell you, there's a huge difference in the branches. The bank itself is small, but it's clean. You can have a seat if you have to wait for one of the bank officers (the ones with the offices and not the tellers at the counter). Speaking of wait, there's almost always a wait at this branch. I don't think I've even come in here without having to wait. Parking is just okay. The stalls aren't very big and it shares a lot with Carl's Junior. Employees: Here is why this branch gets 2 stars. There is no consistency in how you're treated by employees. Sometimes you're treated courteously. Other times, you're treated rudely. And more than that, you'll get an upsell. Meaning they'll ask if you want to open another account, sign-up for a credit card, etc. I get that they have to upsell and encourage you to "buy" more because that's how they make money. I completely understand that. But what is deplorable is when the employees try to patronize you. Today's visit I was getting a cash advance on a debit card. The teller, Alba (yes, I'm naming her because her conduct was awful), asked where else I had a bank account. Generally when she or another teller asks this question, they follow it with an upsell to open another savings account, etc. However, today, rather than try to keep my business, she tried to discourage it. When I said at several banks, her response was, "Next time you should go there. Because they can do cash advances too." And this was not said in a helpful, I'm trying to be friendly tone. But more of a "yeah, I really don't want your business." tone. Yeah, I get it. Banks want to keep their money. Totally understandable. However, it should not matter what I'm doing with my money or where I choose to withdraw it from. There isn't a "Hey, go to another bank to withdraw your money." on the ATM receipt. So the teller shouldn't give you attitude either. While this was the first time anyone at this branch has been rude to me, I have witnessed them being condescending to other bank patrons on different visits. Thankfully, once the construction in front of the other BofA is finished, I can go there and not have to come back to this branch again.
