I like this branch because there is lots of parking and the ATM inside is usually unoccupied. Quick in and out. Plus, no shady characters hanging around like you find outside from time to time. You also reduce the chance of getting scammed by a scanner overlay when you conduct transactions inside. I always tap rather than insert my ATM card. You avoid many headaches this way.

When I walked into the bank there was only one person in line ahead of me. The teller immediately told me to come forward, that's she could help me . The teller was very friendly as well as helpful. I was told that they're in the process of remolding. So, all in all the bank is in a good location, lots of parking , with ATM's outside and inside. The teller I dealt with was nice, friendly and very helpful. I rarely have to go inside a bank so I am glad that this turned out to be a very pleasant experience

Line is always long and the wait is even longer. I remember the days when the manger would actually step up and lend a hand to the tellers to take straight deposits and withdraws, not this branch. The manager will either sit there and stare out at the line and when he gets up all he does is try to point people to use the ATM's. I came in to add my wife as a signer to one of the many accounts that we have housed here and I had to leave to make an appointment even though the woman banker was sitting there on her cell phone. Made an appointment and came back about two weeks later and the same banker seemed confused and flustered and still didn't know how to relay the information from the people on the phone to us so she said sorry we can't do this and then literally told me next time put more information on the appointment so I wouldnt waste here time. I knew she was wrong and that it could be done so I made another appointment at the Manhattan Beach branch. Low and behold the gentleman that we spoke with was confused as to why it couldn't get done and did it. Moral of the story, avoid this branch at all costs.

I explained the situation to him and he was on top of it right away. He was very polite, helpful and just overall great at what he does. It's rare to come across great employees that love what they do and do it well. Parking is congested and a little tight as it shares a parking lot with a strip mall but I was able to park on the other side in front of the bank. I was one of two customers in the bank and was promptly greeted by one of two tellers available. The teller I dealt with was super friendly and conducted the transaction with ease! The branch was small but clean and they also have a security guard on staff, which is always reassuring. I am rarely in this area and not sure if I will be again, but if I am and need banking services I will stop by this location again.
