Line is always long and the wait is even longer. I remember the days when the manger would actually step up and lend a hand to the tellers to take straight deposits and withdraws, not this branch. The manager will either sit there and stare out at the line and when he gets up all he does is try to point people to use the ATM's. I came in to add my wife as a signer to one of the many accounts that we have housed here and I had to leave to make an appointment even though the woman banker was sitting there on her cell phone. Made an appointment and came back about two weeks later and the same banker seemed confused and flustered and still didn't know how to relay the information from the people on the phone to us so she said sorry we can't do this and then literally told me next time put more information on the appointment so I wouldnt waste here time. I knew she was wrong and that it could be done so I made another appointment at the Manhattan Beach branch. Low and behold the gentleman that we spoke with was confused as to why it couldn't get done and did it. Moral of the story, avoid this branch at all costs.

Parking is congested and a little tight as it shares a parking lot with a strip mall but I was able to park on the other side in front of the bank. I was one of two customers in the bank and was promptly greeted by one of two tellers available. The teller I dealt with was super friendly and conducted the transaction with ease! The branch was small but clean and they also have a security guard on staff, which is always reassuring. I am rarely in this area and not sure if I will be again, but if I am and need banking services I will stop by this location again.

So, all the paperwork (well most) had been improperly and did the third time I was sent back to square one. I will just say, that when it comes to closing out my mom's last affairs , Bank of America had been the absolute worst to deal with.
