There are plenty of great reasons to go with a credit union for all of those things, you should really check it out. One of the major factors for me in this credit union is the friendliness and quality of the people that work here. It's kind of like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name, and they make you feel right at home. When I'm in Orange county this is definitely my go-to Branch, as it is right down the street from where I normally stay., and their hours are perfect because I can always stop by in between meetings. Inside the branch everything is neat and clean and feels modern and fresh. Again, the real standout is the people that work here. Always friendly, always attentive, and willing to be courteous and chatty. I appreciate that as it can make it rather boring bank experience. Much more pleasurable. Added bonus, they have a coinstar machine inside, and if you are a credit Union member, you get no fees charged to exchange your coins for paper money. That in and of itself saves you easily 12 or 13%. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough, if you live in Orange county, or if you had lived in Orange county. This is a great place to go to join a credit union and take advantage of all of the savings that they offer their members.

They answer a bunch of questions patiently and thoroughly.. it feels like having Captain America explain a mission to you - just totally calm and clear. Or as friendly as your neighborhood Spidey. And they have excellent auto loans with great rates. * the rates are better than anything the Wakandan treasury could offer * the ATM outside is super fast and easy to use. No need to program anything as complex as the Vision or Ultron. But yeah getting a car loan or dealing with banks usually feels like fighting Thanos (which is the worst), but they make it a breeze. For anything that involves walking inside the branch, I've never had too long of a wait - even when there is a line. Really - if you qualify for membership - whether you're a school employee or are related to one - membership is worth it. One of the major plusses to having a credit union account is access to the CO-OP ATM network - a boon when you're traveling! Most 7-11s have ATMs that are part of this network, and you can usually find CO-OP ATMs at various credit unions across the country. The benefits of a CO-OP ATM? it's all part of the credit union network - so you can access basic account info AND withdraw cash fee-free. While the Huntington Beach SchoolsFirst branch is my "home branch" and go-to, this location in Fountain Valley is just as friendly, service is top notch, and there's plenty of parking. No issues!

It seems like there are plenty of bankers so it's a bit strange why I wait for 20 minutes. I saw one twice, he was really nice but my issue is when I had questions about the Reserve card he really didn't know anything. He just kept reading off the brochure and set me home with some. I went home and called the chase credit card services phone number (which even he told me to call....) and they were AMAZING. so helpful. I wish I could just apply over the phone since they have such good service but they said I had to apply online or at the branch. So the next day I went back with a decision (thanks to the phone credit card services) and the branch took awhile again, but I got what I needed and left. It is clean, spacious and I probably won't be back unless I really have to because I think the people on the phone help you more and know more about their credit cards.
