This is a cool branch with a nice design. Andres greeted me with a big smile and welcome right away and upon inquiring the nature of my visit took me over to the fantastic Jose who had the deposit slip and blue pen ready. Loved it! Jose was a bundle of energy and a great worker. Great conversation while taking care of the transaction 1-2-3! He covered everything and ensured all was good and if I needed anything else. Andres then took the baton again and did the extraordinary finish with the offer for a bottle of water( by the way no Chase bank in the US has done that) and walked me to the door. The other team members here were happy and relaxed. This branch is in the back of a shopping center and is next to the Mother's Market & Kitchen and Starbucks and across the street from the LA Fitness. Waze takes you right to it and you probably will not see any markers or signs until you are smack in front of this location. The " Chase" for the # 1 Chase bank branch has taken an interesting turn.

It is not 24 Hrs as it does close around 11 PM, but it open at 6 AM and you don't have to be outside to get your money. I cannot express how happy I am that I made the change and how thankful I am to work with bankers who actually take pride in what they do and prioritize servicing their clients. I bank at the branch in Orange and deal with Dania M primarily and Karina K occasionally. Both ladies are an absolute pleasure to work with. Each is customer care oriented and customer retention minded. They go above and beyond to make sure my team is taken care of. I cannot recommend First Pacific Bank and this branch (especially because of Dania and Karina) enough. Stop wasting your time and energy with the big banks and give First Pacific Bank a call!!

The lady looked around and told me " wait a bit" in Chinese. I asked her how long do I need to wait. She said " er 15 minutes". I turned around and left. Please note that there was a line at the time. Only two windows were open. There are so many employees at the branch, but they were working in groups. It just looks like an unorganized bank and they don't know what the heck they are doing. They need to catch up on the speed and service.
