Banking products are great Services and professionalism is awful. The bank teller was rude and condescending. To give an example when I inquired why is the credit card link to my bank account her response was "I don't know that you have a credit card" ???? Really and my credit card was shown to her along with my ID at her request. She quickly brushed me off and said to contact customer service Is there any mystery shoppers who travel to see how their staff are working and representing the company? I wonder if there is a branch manager who is observing the daily business operations? What a bad reflection!!! and POOR Customer Service! I had the worst experience at the branch 5/12. They are so self serving to the point where they are unwilling to carry out standard financial services. I came to get a signature guarantee or medallion stamp to prove my identity for TreasuryDirect. A very rude and snooty man comes out to tell me that they can only stamp certain types of documents to avoid risk so it's a no. I then ask if they can exchange foreign currency. The lady tells me no because it has a fold and it will be a black mark against her if she accepts it. Are you serious?! This branch needs a reality check in customer service read more

Zero stars if I could have that as an option. My daughter had her wallet stolen. She called the chase phone number and was given the run around including two dropped calls and poor connections and one department cannot help so transfer to someone else repeatedly. CHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY. Then we go into the physical building to try and report stolen account information and we are told to make an APPOINTMENT. ARE YOU NUtS? The branch manager (I found out about this) mansplained my request to a new teller (assuming new because the manager repeated everything I said). They charged for a cashier's check even though I've always gotten the courtesy waive, and they did it incorrectly so no one can help me waive it centrally either. Do not go to this bank if you have money you want to move around. They are just terrible since the old bank manager left. They believe everyone who is trying to do bitcoin is a money launderer. PayPal holds over 4 days always 5. Customer service the worse, especially this branch and the one at Renton Logan 6. Won't cash you a check over $2k if you are not customer 7. It took 30 min for the banker to misspell my fiancé's name, put the wrong SSN on our account, and take a personal call in the middle of our visit. It seems our time and the accuracy of our information are not a priority. Walked out with paperwork in hand with the wrong name and SSN, noticed it and had to go back to get it corrected by someone else. Wish I could've just added my fiancé to the account online, because it took less than 5 minutes to open the accounts and it was done ACCURATELY. Self service (if possible) is probably a safer option than visiting this branch. read more

This is by far my favorite Chase branch. Every time I have been in there are a lot of tellers working and I never have to wait too long. Everyone is well-trained and professional. Chris and Hugo have helped me through numerous different banking issues and have been incredible and very knowledgable. They are over the top helpful and respond to my questions immediately. Occasion: Dropping off a deposit. I've been to plenty of banks in my lifetime and this is probably the first bank that didn't lock their doors on time. Since this was Saturday, I needed to make some deposits due to the banks being closed on Sundays and was very fortunate that they left the doors open a few minutes after their scheduled closing time of 1:00 PM. As I mentioned before, I've been to plenty of banks where they lock the doors less than 5 minutes early or lock on time. I will say that there were a few other customers after me and they were extremely happy and surprised that the tellers were still helping people at 1:05. Aside from them letting me in late, the tellers were extremely friendly. I believe Chase will be around for a very long time. Huge fan of Jamie Diamond! read more

This review pertains to the JPMC Brokerage and the financial advisor (Jason) at this branch with two distinct negative issues - 1. JPMC is extremely unorganized and I was overcharged on trade commissions and it took 6 weeks to get this corrected one account and I have still not been reimbursed for the 2nd account. They have acknowledged the mistake on their end but don't have an interest in returning my money. Issue #2 - the broker (Jason) make an unauthorized trade on our account and sold more stock than we specified which has caused a negative tax situation for us. He will not return my calls, emails, or messages on this issue. I don't appreciate the poor customer service or execution. Our experience for non-brokerage services from Chase has been good. I moved from Tulsa, Ok just over a year ago and got spoiled with true Community Style Banking, with F&M Bank and Trust. I only wanted Chase because of the national aspect and being unsure how long we'd be in the Northwest. I have had an average to above average opinion of Chase....that all changed about 2 weeks ago and honestly its been due to one person in particular. Personal Banker Andrea Perun has completely gone out of her way to assist me with my accounts and decisions regarding large sums of money, she has shown true "people skills" and hopefully others there are like her. The service there is the best of any bank I have belonged too. But chase it self sucks

When I moved to a new house mid month, I needed to set up auto payment for rent. I tried to directly deposit cash for the 1st, last, cleaning deposit & pro-rated rent to tide the landlord over until my own bank could begin auto pay at the start of the new month. Chase refused to accept my cash, even though I had the correct account #. Who ever heard of a bank that refuses cash, even though it was going IN to their system, not out! Last time I read a federal reserve note, it stated that it's "legal tender for all debts, public or private". I guess Chase doesn't feel the need to accept notes from the fed anymore. Is this some idiot's idea of fighting a war on 'terror" or drugs? read more

Recently needed a notary for my chase auto loan refinancing, it was a sensitive situation due to a breakup and also quite tricky involving three people in three different states. At first I was very very overwhelmed, but once I started talking through the procedure with Lindsey things went smoother, I honestly don't know what I would have done without her (chase auto loan titling department doesn't allow you to talk to the same person twice that's why it's only four stars) she went above and beyond and really made me feel like she cared. Tellers look up when you walk in. I am always greeted within seconds. Fiera helped me open my business account last year, another team member helped me replace my cards when my wallet was stolen in january, she even walked to the door and waited for me to activate my temporary ATM card at the machine outside on the way to my car. (to be sure i wasn't abandoned) EVERY interaction with this branch has been extraordinary. I had to deal with my former bank down the street earlier in the week and was so angry and disgusted with their lack of service or even attempting a solution to a problem THEY CREATED in my account. I cannot wait to move the funds form that bank to CHASE on Gilman. Truly service first mentality. read more
