The branch staff was friendly but "loss prevention" aka the virtual customer service teams still could not lift the hold on our account after spending hours trying to reach the proper dept via WF CS lines to find someone to fix the issue. Only to have them still close my business accounts without proper communication back to me, leaving us in a lurch, forcing us to open a new business account elsewhere to ensure our business transactions are uninterrupted, because they no longer want my businesses due to a paperwork mistake created by themselves! I am spending days of work to set up all new accounts elsewhere and redo all our ACH bill payments. Even the branch associates complain of getting proper help for their customers due to lack of system processes and escalations. Cell phone access used to be easy but now it wants to also do the "double check" and once you answer the text properly, it directs you to go back to the site - which is stuck on the verification page - so you log back in and get the same thing all over again! another verification request. I'm really disgusted at all these businesses making it impossibe to access your account online without a smart phone.
