I can do most of my banking without ever entering the bank and when I need something, a quick phone call or email to one of a small number of first-name-basis individuals gets it taken care of. But even better, when my personal account was recently hacked (by an outside party who was arrested within 24 hours) they really stepped it up, immediately blocking outside access, dealing with over 20 false debits, getting every one of them reversed within days and opening a new account for me. All I had to do was sign, they even filled out the forms for me and emailed them. Best bank I've ever had in 30 years owning and managing businesses.

I've been with US Bank since 1991, and this seems odd to me, but it works and is somewhat efficient, even though the person at the desk has to get up to get my money and receipt from behind the counter. I was the only customer there on a Saturday morning, so that might have something to do with it, but I still find it odd. , They have an ATM accessible from the outside, which I appreciate, and parking is relatively easy. Otherwise, I have no complaints or issues with this branch.
