Staff is always helpful and cheerful. Wait time depends on the crowd but never had to stay long and they always got great offers.

More Book online Blissful Healing 3 reviews 2 minutes ago New Been coming to this store branch for the past 8 years every since we moved to LKSD. I love the coziness and familiarity with the staff, compared to big branches that can be intimidating at times... Anyway, I dont go very often to branches since I'm very busy. Phone calls usually take care of my needs quickly. But I happened to be around early this week and decided just to stop by since I missed the staff there. In the past years, i noticed very little turnaround. Theu kept a pretty steady staff for a while, specifically the last couple of years. I love when you walk into a branch and everyone greets you by your name. It was always family talks, even when I was just shopping at the store, I would stop by to say Hi or drop a Starbucks. Thats how much I loved them., especially John, the big guy. Ok,on this day I walk in expecting to see my team and I look around, I cannot recognize a single face. I see a bunch of very young, immature staff, talking to each others and over customers. That felt unprofessional... Anyway, I get called by this teller and asked about the previous staff whereabouts. Her responses were shorts and cold. 1st red flag. All I went for was to replace a lost card. Easiest transaction, right? But she kept asking for every step. No big deal. She must be new. Then I proceeded to leave and just call C.S. She arrogantly replied she was almost done, while still waiting on someone for help. So I patiently waited. And suddenly she abruptly hands over my ID and says " you can call them, its not working" Just like that. I was speechless. I grabbed my stuff and walked out without a word. And to make matters worse to fully display her childishness and unprofessionalism she shouts "you welcome" after I walk out I could not believe my ears. I immediately called C.S to report the lost card and it was solved in seconds. I truly missed the previous staff. They treated their customers like gold and I got used to it. My mistake was that I never took the time to write the stellar review they deserved. I called the manager Marissa? 1 or 2 days later to report the incident. I was actually impressed by her total professionalism. She took time to understand what truly happened. So thank you!!! It's too bad I have to write such a negative feedback because of 1 horrible employee. I could have just let it go. But that last remark was very ghetto

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BANK / EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD at ANY BANK!!!!…read more I received an insurance check for a house renovation via mail (my mortgage is thru BOA but i bank with Wells Fargo). I call the service line that was provided on the check and they tell me to go to any BOA location, have them verify and endorse the check to me. I go in on a Tuesday. I walk in and speak to a teller / manager named RITA. ( This person is the ABSOLUTE worst and SHOULD NOT be able to work at any bank) I tell her that I have this check ( from BOA) and that I need it verified and endorsed to me so i can deposit it at WF. ( I'm just relaying what I was told on the phone from the other BOA employee) She immediately is shaking her head and is saying No we don't do that. I'm confused and said this is the instructions I was given. She says to have a seat while she looks into it. After waiting 20 mins, a banker named Marc takes me into a cubicle to pull up my information by providing him the code that was provided to me on the phone. RITA walks in and asked for the verification code and walks away. After 5 mins ... She's comes back and says that she can't pull up my info. Marc was like... I was able to. It's on my computer right now. (This tells me and RITA is incompetent and can't even do a simple task like pulling up a customer's information) She leaves the cubicle again and after another 30 minutes she comes back and is apologetic for the wait and the confusion. She hands over the check but says that they usually have a verification stamp but it was taken away for some reason. So she hand wrote a confirmation on the back of the check with her signature. ( that's when I find out that she's a manager) I walk out and head over to the Wells Fargo which is right across the parking lot. I show them the check and they say they usually expect to see a verification stamp. I tell them that it was taken away from them for some unknown reason. They say they'll have to verify by talking to the manager/ person who wrote this note on the check. By this time it's 430pm and BOA is closed. WF said they'll try calling her tomorrow and they'll call me back. Next day Wednesday, I go to BOA and tell RITA that WF needs to talk to her because they need to confirm who wrote this verification note on the check ( no official stamp reason) RITA says, we'll if I'm by the phone I'll answer because im busy talking to other customers sometimes. I understand that but also let her know I need to deposit this check asap so I can start paying vendors. This is a time sensitive situation. Again, RITA has this I CAN'T HELP U attitude with a condescending look. I go back to WF and tell them to continue to call and she'll answer when she could. SMDH. I keep calling WF and they said no answer. I call BOA and confirm that they are not answering as well. Next day Thursday, same thing, I call BOA 15x NO answer. I speak with the WF manager and she said between herself and a banker, they've called a total of 50x NO ANSWER. By the end of the day...WF manager tells me to go to BOA in the morning and call her when she's in front of RITA. FRIDAY morning. I walk into BOA, I see RITA as she's walking out to the middle of the store from the teller section and I tell her Im going to call the WF manager on my phone so she can get her verbal confirmation. She Says she can't talk on my phone ( understandable) but then she adds "I CAN'T VERIFY ANY CHECKS OVER THE PHONE EVEN IF SHE CALLS MY PHONE. I DID MY PART AND WROTE THE CONFIRMATION ON THE CHECK " all this with her ugly condescending look. I was about to lose it and start cussing her out but I didn't wanna get this b!tch mad to the point she DEFINITELY won't Answer the phone. I tell her " I'm the customer here. U need to help me. Ur going to help me out right" like where tf is the customer service? She says " I'm going to make this exception and help u because I see what ur going thru" . Bitch... like ur doing me a favor? and Uve been seeing what I've been going thru since Tuesday. I tell bet I'm going to have the WF manger call in a couple minutes and I confirm / withl her again that she's coming to answer. She says Yes with an attitude and that stupid condescending look. I go back to WF and tell the manager that RITA is now there and that she would answer the phone now. SHE FINALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND WF GETS RITA'S VERBAL CONFIRMATION. ( 2 minute phone call) I get to deposit the check and the 4 day nightmare is over. RITA IS THE WORST MANAGER / BANK EMPLOYEE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! THE WHOLE ISSUE STEMMED FROM RITA / BOA NOT HAVING AN OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION STAMP, WHICH SHOULD MAKE THEM OBLIGATED TO GIVE ANY REQUESTED VERBAL CONFIRMATION FROM OTHER BANKS DUE TO A WRITTEN NOTE ON A CHECK! ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN FIXED ON DAY 1 WITH A 2 MINUTE PHONE CALL AND SOME GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Every time I walk through the door, I'm greeted warmly, and that small gesture alone sets the tone for a great experience. This particular small branch is ideal for quick, efficient transactions. It's never overcrowded, and there's always enough staff on hand to assist you promptly--something I truly appreciate in today's fast-paced world. While they don't offer all the services of a larger or full-service branch, they're excellent for basic banking needs like deposits, withdrawals, or account assistance. One thing to note: there are no public restrooms, so keep that in mind if you plan to be there for more than a few minutes. If you need more in-depth banking services or consultations, I'd recommend the La Mesa branch--but for quick in-and-outs with top-notch service, this location is a favorite of mine. Navy Federal continues to make me feel like more than just an account number--they make me feel like a valued member which places great value on this institution for me. Ps they do share a parking lot with Panera Bread and Chase bank so be prepared to look for parking and also parking places are much narrow which gives this place for me. 4 star.
